The Emerald Frenzy is a recurring timed event that shows up on your map as a bonus objective. When you mouse over the crossing swords icon on the map, it'll tell you how much time the event has left before it disappears.

Emerald frenzy should activate right after superbloom but it doesnt. Im guessing its because there are too many people in the area and you get ported on different layer/phase after bloom ends.

This is a quest offered by Sylvia Whisperbloom where you have to contribute one dreamseed (either Small Dreamseed, Plump Dreamseed, or Gigantic Dreamseed) to an Emerald Bounty, which shows up on the map as turquoise seeds. Mousing over the icon will display the words "Emerald Bounty" in the tooltip and show you how many seeds of each type you have in your inventory. Then you have to collect Emerald Dewdrop from Emerald Frenzies, which are recurring timed events that show up on the map as bonus objectives (crossed swords icon). You have to loot the Emerald Dewdrop from the neutral mobs you kill within the Emerald Frenzy area. Once your progress bar reaches 100%, you'll earn credit for the quest. If you do not finish before the event disappears, you'll have to wait until the event comes back up and start your progress all over.

I have completed this but can't find where to turn it in at?

Do you have to contribute the dewdrops/seeds in order to claim the reward?

Weeks & still unable to complete this quest.
There is NO Progress BAR ever no matter how many dewdrops I collect going to those Emerald @#$%zies & then immediately dump them into a Emerald Bounty.

2 times I tried doing this quest and in the middle of it the quest mobs just disappears. New bug in 10.2.6?

Description

There are so many more species to locate and study. As you explore the Dream, you will find more seeds known as Dreamseeds. Please, nurture them to continue our studies, and enjoy the bounty they share with you! You will find Dreamseeds all over, but many are hoarded by powerful creatures around the Dream. Additionally, you should keep an eye out for the surge of life energy we call an Emerald Frenzy. It will be a source of many Emerald Dewdrops, which will help in nurturing Dreamseeds.
