Obtained by using a Silent Mark of the Dreamsaber on Verdant Dreamsaber found south of the Eye of Ysera. Using the item on a dreamsaber will put a 5 minute Recently Attuned With debuff on them, meaning you'll either have to wait out the debuff or find more sabers. Once you attune with a certain number of sabers (it seems to be 10+), the Silent Mark will be replaced with this item.

Here's what I did to farm all 4 Silent Mark + Mark of the Slumbering Somnowl + Pollenfused Bristlebruin Fur Sample forms in 1 sitting:
Silent Mark of the Umbraclaw -> Mark of the Loamy Umbraclaw
Silent Mark of the Dreamsaber -> Mark of the Evergreen Dreamsaber
Silent Mark of the Dreamtalon -> Mark of the Thriving Dreamtalon
Silent Mark of the Dreamstag -> Mark of the Lush Dreamstag
Soft Somnowl Feather -> Somnowl Feather Strand -> Mark of the Slumbering Somnowl
Pollenfused Bristlebruin Fur Sample -> Pollenfused Bristlebruin Fur Sample

1st: Fly to /way #2200 63.7 39.1 Pollenfused Bristlebruin Fur Sample and loot Pollenfused Bristlebruin Fur Sample on the ground to obtain Pollenfused Bristlebruin Fur Sample.
-You can obviously do this part whenever it's convenient for you ^^. Edit: if you can't see the object on the ground- go to the bottom of this comment.

2nd: Purchase all 4 Silent Mark of the <Name> from Thaelishar Groveheart, which you will use on the various mobs, what mob type is indicated on the marks, until you get the item with the form. It takes many tries and they get a 5min debuff that you need to wait out before you can use an item on the same mob again.
-I didn't count, but it took more or less 10 per mob type like others have reported.

3rd: Assuming you're now at Thaelishar Groveheart (else start with Umbraclaws), fly to /way #2200 55 38 Dreamsabers for the Dreamsabers.
-You can find more if you follow the spawns east-ish from this waypoint, I recommend getting every Dreamsaber that you see without searching too hard...should be easy to find around 6, if you do then you should only need to return one time.

Then fly to /way #2200 47 45 Umbraclaws for the Umbraclaws, return here every 5min.
-There are only 3 Angered Umbraclaws here, if these aren't available and/or if you only need Mark of the Loamy Umbraclaw then check other comments for better Umbraclaw spots (user "Oyanum" suggested /way 38 71 in another comment). Also note that it does not work on Verdant/Tamed Umbraclaws and possibly others as of 09 Nov -23...for whatever reason).

While you're waiting for the debuff to fall off the Umbraclaws, go to around /way #2200 52 50 Dreamstags, Dreamtalons and Somnowls and do the same on Dreamstags and Dreamtalons and here you can also cast Hibernate on Somnowls then right click them to loot 1 Soft Somnowl Feather.
-You need Soft Somnowl Feather x5, then you can combine them with Silken Thread (found on tailor vendors or the AH) to get Somnowl Feather Strand which can then be combined with Runed Writhebark (must be rank3) for Mark of the Slumbering Somnowl).

As said previously, after 5min go back to the Umbraclaws then the Dreamsabers, then whatever you have left of the rest and repeat until you got everything.

Edit: Apparently there is a phasing issue due to quest states with Pollenfused Bristlebruin Fur Sample, I.E. if you've completed a certain quest(s) you won't be able to see or interact with the object on the ground that contains Pollenfused Bristlebruin Fur Sample.

Potential solutions others have reported:
* Getting invited to a party by someone who didn't complete the quest(s) yet and using the party sync feature may get the object on the ground to appear, assuming you're able get phased to the correct quest state this way. They can be any class as long as you are a Druid.
* You can get it on a Druid alt that is level 60 or above without having to progress anything in the Dragon Isles.
(I can confirm that all forms I have, including this one, are account wide...as an old level 30 Druid of mine has access to them without doing anything.)

Several commentors report that the latter works with class trial Druids as well: get a Mage portal to- or complete the Dragon Isles intro quest then fly to- Valdrakken. You should then be able to use the Emerald Dream portal (located above the bank)...if not then try talking to Alexstrasza first. Also use the item that skips the intro quest to the Emerald Dream if/when you get it.

Trick i figured out almost at the end of getting all 4 of these. If you aggro the mobs and then drop combat, the 5 minutes waiting buff clears off and you can just recast on them. For umberclaws, super easy to just use flight form to annoy it and fly away and just get everything off one. For the neutrals I activated barkskin with pulsing thorn dmg in my guardian spec, flew by all of them after the first round of using the items, then flew away and reset them all. Easy Peasy.

Best spot I found for this is 42/66 there are about 6 aggressive Prowling Dreamsabers here, use the item on as many as you can, then use flight form and aggro them and fly away, when they reset the debuff comes off and you can recast on them.
