The NPC dialogue that goes along with this quest:

Vanessa walks towards Cecilia in the now-quiet hall.

Vanessa VanCleef says: Your father died... right in front of you. Because of us.

Cecilia Clessington says: Yes. But he chose to walk a path of evil. His death was his own doing. And I have no desire to carry on his legacy.

Vanessa VanCleef says: A father's legacy...
Vanessa VanCleef says: Maybe I too should find my own path. Not... my father's.

Master Mathias Shaw says: SI:7 could always use a capable agent such as yourself.

Vanessa VanCleef says: Ha! In your dreams, Shaw.

Vanessa VanCleef says: In the past, I got caught up in the desire for vengeance, but I always wanted to help the people of Westfall. Perhaps it's time Hope Saldean passed out bowls of soup again.

Cecilia Clessington says: If you don't mind, I think I would like to join you for that.

The player meets back up with Mathias Shaw in the Valley of Heroes in Stormwind. Speaking to him gives the following dialogue:

With your help, we've stopped Clessington from bringing chaos and violence into Stormwind.

Go, hero. Approach General Hammond Clay and accept the greatest honor Stormwind can bestow.

At this point, the player can respond with one of the following:

( ) <Tell Shaw that Ragged John wanted a memorial for Windsor.

Did he, now?

Well, he's right. Against all odds, Marshal Reginald Windsor helped us stop Onyxia once again, this time from beyond the grave.

I will see to it that we place something on his grave to honor him.

Too often, we fail to recognize the deeds of our heroes until they are gone. We want to change that with you, <name>.

( ) I am ready. The player walks towards General Hammond Clay as he proclaims them a hero, and the people of Stormwind clap and cheer.

Stormwind City Commoner says: Make way!

Stormwind City Commoner says: A living legend...

Stormwind City Commoner says: ...nerves of thorium.

Stormwind City Commoner says: There walks a hero.

Stormwind City Commoner says: A moment I shall remember for always.

General Hammond Clay yells: People of Stormwind! Bear witness today to the deeds of <name>, who has stood valiantly against the many foes that would threaten our fair city.

The player kneels in the pool of light before the General.

General Hammond Clay yells: For their courage, we honor <name> as Lionguard, defender of Stormwind and all her people. Rise and Light bless you, Lion of Stormwind.

If you tell Shaw that Ragged John wanted a memorial for Windsor, you can actually find it in the Stormwind City Cementary following this quest.

In honor of Reginald Windsor, who gave his life in defense of Stormwind

His grave is the one through a wood-fenced passage, lit with candles and a wreath on top of it, guarded by four stone sculptures and the middle of three - presumably, resting with the rest of his family next to him.

apperantly there are some addons that block the extrabutton. i was stuck in the light until i googled for "/click ExtraActionButton1" to clickthe button without clicking the button

This is the questline for the Human Heritage armor.
For this questline you must have a human at level 50+ who is exalted with Stormwind.
The first quest popped up after login (but just in the quest tracker, no quest window) and wants us to meet Master Mathias Shaw in Stormwind. If you didn't get the quest, try to find it at the Stormwind Embassy in the northwest.

Questline took about 25 minutes with level 61, incl. cinematics and flights.

I cannot complete the quest .. clicking the Action Button I get the error Message: Spell cannot be cast on stealth target ....
I'm Shadow Priest .. disabled all addon .. same ... wrote a ticket but maybe someone has an idea :)

Description

This mission ended up being far more than any of us expected, <name>, and you did very well. I shudder to think of what would have happened without you here. Some time back, the King commissioned a set of armor be made. Armor to adorn our greatest heroes. You have proven yourself more than deserving of such honor. Meet me in the Valley of Heroes, <name>.
