The weekly 100 rep gain is shared between the active fishing holes on the different maps. Meaning if you turn in 20 fish at one fishing hole (e.g., the River Mouth Fishing Hole) to get 100 rep and then do the same turn-in at another fishing hole (e.g., Grimtusk's Fishing Hole), you only get 5 rep at the second fishing hole.

I managed to combine Brainrot83's scripts into a single macro.

Cause I got bored just now. Just turned in about 2000 using this macro. Stood next to NPC with the NPC targeted. F was bound to interact with NPC. So it was just F and then hitting the macro 3 times. Rinse and repeat. For other fish, replace the quest ID with the appropriate one. Probably a better way to do this.
