If you can't finish the last step, reload and the transparent crate will appear on the right of the entrance.

If like me you were confused where you were meant to be or what to do.. I've attached a screenshot of the item placement location.
It's tucked in to the wall on the right as you go in through the door!

Also, if you've come to this page wondering where the breadcrumb quests start for this part of Sojourner Of Thaldraszus is, it starts around the flight master at Gelikyr Post in Thaldraszus (51,66)

The entrance to the cave is at /way 52.98 67.55. you will be flying down to reach it.

You can find the quest giver near where the flight master is, on the platform above (to the west)
(A carpet decorated with huge gems is suspended on the platform)

You can fly back to Szareth for some follow-up dialogue after turn-in as well, FYI. Just a short flight back and they should still be there. I loved how hilariously discreet that chest in the infirmary was.

I got the starter to this quest from Agues for The Hermit's Garden. That sent me down to Szareth to do 2 quests before getting this one.. The quest giver is a whelping sitting by the fire in the inn.

Hi all

I present You Storyline Bleeding Hearts. This Storyline is part of Sojourner of Thaldraszus which is criteria for Loremaster of the Dragon Isles.

Quests in order I done:

1A. Every Life Counts - Quest start from Szareth /way 50.19 67.70, Collect: 40 Anesthetic Pollen ( from mobs or Magnificent Flower ) and 6 Sun-Baked Linens ( pick them up from ground ). After collect all move to bulding /way 49.60 67.61 and press on Little Jetstream sleeping bird.
1B. Curiosity's Price - You need to slay Laden Lasher and pick up Snipped Vine. To get him up pull Stubborn Vine /way 48.97 66.91
3. Bleeding Hearts - Go to cave is under bridge /way 52.97 67.53, and place Medical Supplies then Fly up to buldin /way 51.75 69.12, on right side place Medical Supplies. After this Quest Storyline finish.

If you have problem to finish last step in Infirmary - crate is on the right, just after entrance. If it is invisible reload or relog :)

What I want to know is what the emote "Something rustles outside." is when you deliver the crate to the Infirmary...

In the Gelikyr Post inn, there three young dracthyr who discuss the fact that they've been helping Szareth in the garden. Their dialogue includes something about how Szareth "helps the rebels" and "the rebels hurt people."

Presumably, the delivery to the unoccupied cave is for the rebels.

If you go back to Szareth after you turn in the Bleeding Hearts quest, you can read the following dialogue:

Hmh. I hadn't expected to see you again.
<Ask if Szareth is a rebel>
<Describe Athekk's reaction>

If you choose to ask Szareth if they are a rebel the dialogue goes:

Ah. I suppose this was inevitable.

No, I am not a rebel. I may believe in what they stand for. I may even help them on occasion--through intermediaries such as yourself, but I am not one of them.

<Ask what the difference is>

The difference?
<Szareth sneers.>

The difference is that I am a coward. I enjoy my creature comforts. this home. this garden. I will not forsake them for some short-lived rebellion, no matter how just.

And the people of Gelikyr still need my help. So I serve all.

<Thank Szareth for their honesty.>

Now that your curiosity is satisfied... is there anything else?

the turn-in is blended in.. so up your gfx level a bit maybe..
but the crate, looks just like the one your dropped off before clicking on it,
is just after the entrance pillars where Timetender Athekk is waiting, on the right wall on the floor next to the lamp.

Description

The potions are ready--now to deliver them. Take one crate to a small cave in the ravine below us. No one will be there to accept it, but you can trust it will be used well. Take another crate to the infirmary in Gelikyr Post. An old friend tends to the patients there. I... realize this is not your duty. Nor is it really mine. But you've been surprisingly helpful, and this medicine could save lives.
