For this quest Koranos is at the bottom of the Seat of the Aspects, by the door. Talking to him at his usual location next to Alexstrasza won't do anything.

If you leave the building to quickly an event will fail to start, seeming to lock the quest up.

Return to where you read the book and leave again to fix.

For those that had the watcher log taken from their bags before they read the details....

Entry 1:
To the watcher with the stone of Vigilance, he directed them to an outpost in the center of Azure Span, northeast of the Azure Archives

Entry 2:
For the Stone of Insight. he guided them to Szar Skeleth, a draconic tower in the Ohn'Ahran Plains

Entry 3:
The Stone of Judgement found a place in the far north of the Isles, where it rests amongst those dragons that were long dead.

With the removal of the stones, the way was closed.

And so I have kept my silence. The only record of this event is found here. If it stands the test of time.

Hi all

I present You Storyline A Mystery, Sealed which is part of Achievement Friend of the Dragon Isles. To unlock This Storyline You need to have Renown Level 13 with Dragonscale Expedition.

Quests in order I done:

1. A New Mystery - Quest from Doc Nanners will appear when You will reach Renown Level 13 with Dragonscale Expedition. Go to see Naleidea Rivergleam /way #2022 47.86 82.47
2. The Sealed Door - Travel to Naleidea Rivergleam /way #2025 54.47 55.64
3. Investigate the Door - Investigate 3 things:
- Broken Watcher - statue behind NPC
- Titan Door - big door behind NPC
- Broken Watcher Staff - stone sword on ground /way 54.28 55.44
4. Speak to Koranos - First speak with Watcher Koranos /way #2112 54.34 46.87, He is in Valdrakken City. Then go inside bulding /way #2112 34.16 29.76, and press on book room on right side /way #2112 34.83 25.05, and read all You can, You will be attack after go back to Naleidea Rivergleam /way #2025 54.47 55.64
5A. The City of the Dead - See Naleidea Rivergleam /way #2025 62.22 18.30, Follow to quest 8 The Judgment of Tyr.
5B. The Ruins of Szar Skeleth - See Toddy Whiskers /way #2023 39.98 67.49, Follow to quest 9 The Insight of Tyr.
5C. The Abandoned Outpost - See Naleidea Rivergleam /way #2024 53.86 50.67, Follow to quest 10 The Vigilance of Tyr.
8. The Judgment of Tyr - First speak with quest giver to start, Then go from point to point and kill spawning mobs, last place is in bulding inside you need to throw rubbish to get to The Judgment of Tyr.
9. The Insight of Tyr - Slay Reclaimer Makko inside tower /way 44.29 64.44, and loot The Insight of Tyr.
10. The Vigilance of Tyr - You need to collect 5 kind of items:
- 1 Half Swallowed Sliver - Drop from Obstructed Hornswog /way 53.74 49.38
- 4 Agitated Fragment - Drop from Agitated Shard, Agitated Shard are coming from Crystallized Horror when You attack him ( He will not attack You His HP is restoring to 100% all the time and He is moving around).
- 6 Magnetized Splinter - Pick up from Magnetized Splinter. Crystallized Horror is throwing them on ground when You attack him.
- 2 Tarasek Pillaged Piece - Drop from Tarasek Scavenger.
- 1 Far-Flung Fragment - On top of tower /way 54.99 49.70
11. Next Steps - When You finnish Quests 5-10 This Quest will be given. Meet with Toddy and Naleidea in the Explorer's /way #2022 47.25 82,71, You need to wait until conversation will finish, This quest will finish storyline.

I didn't see anyone else mention this but when I went to leave after reading the books Scalecommander Sarkareth is in the doorway and attacked me. He is an elite but only auto attacks.

Dialogue happens at that time.

Theldren: Sarkareth? Is Nowhere safe?

Scalecommander Sarkareth: You don't keep the titan's secrets from us!

Everyone in the room got hit by what looked like a time stop spell. Yellowish orbs.

After getting him to around 50% hp or so (done in one blow). He stuns you, steals the logbook and then leave.

Scalecommander Sarkareth: The log is ours, and the power of the titans will follow!

As of 10.2.5 one can talk to the Koranos at the top of the tower; I'm assuming that you can also talk to him at his bottom location as well.

After talking to him, one has to fly to the Azure Archives Annex (32.8, 28.3) in Valdrakken. The book you want is in the back room on the shelf at the left-hand side as you enter (34.84, 24.93). Read the book then take the book (it's an option button on the reading popup pane).

As you leave the library you'll be attacked by Sarkareth, but don't worry, he doesn't hit hard. He's more there just to add dialogue and he "freezes you," steals the book, and leaves when you've hit him for a bit (at around 50% HP or so -- as mentioned in wowwowy's comment).

Then fly back to the Sealed Titan Facility (54.4, 55.7) in Thaldraszus to talk to Naleidea Rivergleam. That completes the quest and opens up the 3 next quests in the storyline.
