Speak to Apprentice Scrumpy, move fwd onto the platform for the 1st clue, then go to the other 3 houses, the clue is inside and on the wall...my addon or the Wow blue circles that show you don't really do their jobs even when i open the screen/map. So there u go, now go. go back to Scrump when done. it sorta ended without any other Qst, no special award either..

The quest text and the follow-up imply there may be a song that's supposed to play? But nothing was audible for me.

When you click at the lingering image the objective is completed but the map still shows you that place. Ignore it, just go to the 4 images, click at them and the quest will be completed.

Scrumpy doesn't offer me the quest. Are there any special requirements? I can actually see the quest marker on my map (that's how I found what the quest was named as) but there is no actual quest offered by him.

Update: I had to complete the first chapter of the main storyline (Into the Archives) before this quest appeared.

1. Suspiciously Quiet - Start from Noriko the All-Remembering 46.62 40.15, GO to see Apprentice Scrumpy 47.66 40.27.
2. Ways of Seeing - Uncover 4 Lingering Image in Camp Antonidas:
/way 47.75 40.02
/way 46.77 40.13 inside bulding
/way 46.09 40.62 Inside bulding
/way 46.04 38.62 on pillar
3. For The Love of Others - Go back to Noriko the All-Remembering 46.62 40.15 to take quest. Then speak with Her to get on top of tower. Then interact with Ancient Remains and jump down to Kill Echo of Loss. At the end give quest back to questgiver.
Reward will be Compendium of Love.

Ways of Seeing is a famous text by John Berger mostly focussed on how art is perceived by people of different class status, as well as how art is created and patronised in different modes of production. The quest also reminded me of the Magic Eye book series, which is hugely appropriate for Kirin Tor and something I hadn't thought of for years.

Clicking each rune does in fact turn on a short song (cascading glittering-type) that pauses the normal music found in the zone (reminiscent of Grizzly Hills) that you can pause and listen to.
