I'm guessing there is some type of pre-requisite to actually even find Brena. I've been up and down the road and in Iskaara and Brena is nowhere to be found. I am only lvl 63 and only came looking for this to hopefully open up some fishing quests. Unfortunately, there is no information online about this issue.

On an alt, I was trying to find where Norukk was in Iskaara for the quest, Orientation: Iskaara but he was not located in the Tuskarr village. If you do the Azure Span main story questline to "unlock" Iskaara, he'll end up there after the quest, To Iskaara.

Hi all

I present You Storyline Decayed Roots. This Storyline is part of Azure Spanner which is criteria for Loremaster of the Dragon Isles.

Storyline in order I done it:

1. Breaching the Brackenhide - Investigate 3 area by removing roots: /way 18.8 37 /way 17.5 37 /way 18.4 34.7 during that quest you can do autoquest Stop the Spread.
2a. Cut Out the Rot - Slay 5 Rotting Treant and 10 Brackenhide Rotflinger.
2b. Ley Litter - Pick up from ground 7 Ley Crystal.
2c. Echoes of the Fallen - Use Brena's Totem on 5 tuskarr corpses.
5. Tome-ward Bound - First speak with Kalecgos then wait few sec and jump on Tome of Spellflinging. Using skill 1 and 2 slay 3 Brackenhide Putrifier.
6. Realignment - First press on Ley Crystal then on 3 Decay Infection placed around. Then Fly to 16.1 41.4
7. To Iskaara - See Brena 13.2 49.5 in bulding. Now You unlock Iskaara Tuskarr Renown.
8. Gather the Family - Pick Up 4 items:
- Decorated Teapot 13.47 48.56 to the left of the cook.
- Handcrafted Boat 13.89 49.48 on a tree trunk.
- Ornamented Shield 12.46 50.31 on right side from guardian.
- Stone Sculpture is in bulding enter 12.82 49.37 and is on left side on table.
Then place all in to Funeral Boat 13.1 48.6
9. The Cycle of the Sea - Speak with Brena and follow him then wait that long to see to press on Funeral Boat. Move will start.
10. Azure Alignment - See Kalecgos 39.4 63. To get to this location is best to use Fly master, if you don't have trawel there will take a lot of time ;/. That will finish storyline :).

For everyone wondering where to get the quest (because you're receiving tuskarr renown but the faction is not unlocked in the menu): Just play the main campaign questline. It will appear there.
I had my renown on level 3 when it finally unlocked.

To get access to this quest, to open up the Tuskarr reputation, you must first complete the previous questline, Tuskar Troubles, which begins with Ask The Locals, Catch the Caravan etc.

If you follow the normal main Dragonflight questlines, you will be doing these quests. Along the way you will see your earning Tuskarr rep - even though the faction isn't "opened" yet. Don't stress, once you finally do open it, the rep is there and you'll be almost to level 3 or around there.

If you're levelling an alt and you're looking to unlock the Iskaara Tuskarr faction under the Dragon Isles Summary.

All you need to do is head to Iskaara in The Azure Span and click on the Flight Master. This will unlock them.

Note: You must have completed all the zones story lines on your first character. You will know this is done by seeing World Quests on the map as well as the hook representing the the Iskaara Tuskarr.
