The location of this quest is confusing. I was running around inside Thornhill Manor (Redelav Tower) looking for this party.
You need to exit thru the mirror and a short trip around the corner and take the elevator up to the Eternal Terrace.
This is where the party attendees are at that you need to question.

Leave the portal
Go to the elevator at 57,33
Go up the elevator
Take a left and click on the NPCs
Stay in the surrounding area and go to 56,28

Remember to drink the potion in your inventory before you're able to interact/question the NPCs.

Make sure you don't have your Earth Elemental out when you go up here, as all the mobs will aggro on you! Dismiss him prior to going up the elevator and you will be ok and proceed with the questioning

To TURN IN the quest, find her on the same level as where the "party" is. She is not down the hill inside the building where the quest started. 56.9, 28.6, at the top of an outdoor staircase.

If you have activated your transport network, The Eternal Terrace where the party takes place has a direct mirror connection from Sinfall.

Why are there druid bots there, killing all the attendees to the party?

Another stupid quest where others (from the opposite faction) are killing the people you want to question. I had to find NPCs on the outskirts to question so I would not be interrupted by them being agro'ed by others.

Can I just add the duskmire elixir is in your bag not on a table as the zguide puts a marker down and there is nothing at that location

You need to consume the "Duskmire Elixer" in your bags or next to the quest tracking.

PLEASE READ THIS AND SAVE YOURSELF TIME!

Do not look around the inside of the house. That is not where the soiree is happening. It is happening on top close to the Servant's World Request.

Drink the Elixir first. You can just click on the button next to the quest listed in your log.
Go through the mirror and out the door and fly up. You only have to do a small turn and you will see the glowing bodies of the people in the courtyard. You just start clicking on them and the conversation goes from there. This reminds me alot of the quest in Ardenweald where you have to talk to theater guests, just less dialogue and no rooting, or polymorphing frogs.
Simple start questioning all of them. To save yourself some heartache depending on your level start with those standing by themselves. Depending on your AOE even if they were not supposed to attack you they might simply because of that. Especially drudgers.
Be ready when you return to the top of the stairs to talk to the countess, right there next to the courtyard. She will ask you who the traitor was. You get to pick one then she tells you to go confront them. Doesn't matter who you picked they are already in enemy status but you can still kill them without questioning them. But you have to "CONFRONT" them first. Otherwise, you have to simply wait until they respawn. Again, depending on how your mechanics work it is best to pick the one you want to fight. I just took the name at the top of the list, Chancellor Ylenia, who is off to the side in a small crypt. For a warrior, this is a nightmare when she starts doing Bloodthirst. If I'm in the little building I can't back up from her. So look around because the one you talked to she does ask you about even if you already killed them.

The quest is over then and she sends you back to the prince - this is my second character through so every time I do a quest I get sent back with a bump on my renowned. I don't know what the regular quest was or if it was gated. Depending on if you've already set up your network or sent a lot of anima over from an alt, the mirror is right there in the gatehouse so this was very easy to return - BONUS!

To get to the questgiver (The Countess):

1. Go to /way 59.2, 30.3 and enter the building. This is on the ground floor, not up on a hill or anything.
2. Inside the building, go to the red mirror on the ground floor of that building. Mirror is at /way 58.8, 30.3 .
3. THEN you can get to the The Countess at /way 58.0 27.6 .

You can stay mounted on your flying mount while talking to the npcs. Just fly away if they go aggressive and they reset.

Favorite bot farming location in Dragonflight. It is quite time-consuming to complete this quest because of tons of bot druids autorunning and tagging everything. Be sure to report all the bot runners
and be ready to use your Interact key (Options -> Gameplay -> Controls -> Enable Interact Key) and/or any autocomplete dialogue addon.

Description

Once the party begins, I will be occupied with a plethora of nobles that wish to cling to my side. This is why I need you to mingle. Speak with the attendees and see if you can determine which house is conspiring against me. Be warned, invited guest or not, these aristocrats can smell an outsider. You won't receive a warm welcome from everyone.
