To open Ancient Zaqali Chest you have to interact with the nearby Bottled Magma, then use the Extra Button that will appear Bottled Magma on the Treasure.

Take Bottled Magma near the entrance to the building to the right side
You will get Bottled Magma spell and after you cast it on chest the chest will open

To open the chest, grab "Bottled Magma" and then use the extra button that pops up.

The Bottled Magma moves.

For me it was near a furnace to the east of the chest at:
/way 35.68 48.77

It's a relatively small bottle on the ground.

The bottle takes about 5 minutes to respawn after someone clicked it.

Also found on the table at /way 36.37 45.97.
Note that the player that was camping at: /way 36.45 48.21 (near the door) had his bottle spawn right after I had clicked mine

EDIT: I also came across two bottles way further out and away from the chest at:
/way 42.33 45.47
/way 41.13 50.62
- both bottles were up at the same time so if you don't feel like camping near the entrance it might be worth to do a little side spin to those coordinates and check

If you're struggling with killing or bypassing the mobs inside the tent, you can click the Bottled Magma then use an invisability potion. Go to the wall behind the chest, smash the Magma on it and bingo! Can loot while free from combat... now getting out safe, well thats a different story >:)

Found this to be somewhat complicated, but there's a few workarounds. To open Ancient Zaqali Chest. You need to pick up a Bottled Magma. These can be found in a few places, listed below. The other piece I kept running into was that the mobs in the room with the chest are a pain in the ass and at the time of writing I wasnt able to get the Bottled Magma in hand while the mobs were dead, and it will not allow use while in combat, every time I tried to take down the mobs I died. What helped for me was getting this while I was on the quest Battlefield Triage which then brought Ebyssian along with me which helped going around to the sites to get a Bottled Magma and then to down the mobs and open the chest. Hope this is helpful.

No killing elites, invisibility potion, or other workarounds required:

1) Grab the Bottled Magma
2) Run to the chest and throw the magma on it
3) Let the elites kill you next to the chest towards the back wall
4) Simply rez and loot the chest

No need to mess around with killing the elites or trying to sneak around them. If you want to take off your gear first to avoid a repair bill, go for it.

Doesn't work while in combat, so don't try to cc de NPCs to open the chest.

With old style flying mounts you can land on top of the bottled magma, go invisible, walk
in, open the chest, and then use you niffen diggin' mitts to get out.

Usually Wowhead advice is pretty good, but not on this item. After trying a couple of the ideas here, what I did was:
1) Get on my old school flying mount
2) Get the Bottled Magma
3) Fly all the way into the little tent until I was over the chest
4) Dismount and use the Magma
5) Open the chest and hearth

No dying, no invisibility potions, no killing elites, no help from Ebyssian. Just fly in and get the chest.
