Overview – Raszageth and her Primalist forces seek to shatter the prisons that hold her siblings. As the battle begins, Raszageth uses [Hurricane Wing] to sweep her assailants from the central platform.
Upon reaching 65% health, Raszageth begins an aerial assault against Fyrakk's and Vyranoth's prisons with [Lightning Devastation] while summoning ground forces to attack the prisons directly. Surging Ruiners [Surge] with lightning, draining the vault of its power.
When the integrity of the vault falls to 50%, Raszageth lands on Iridikron's prison and begins to drain the vault's power using [Stormsurge].
When the integrity of the vault falls to 0%, Raszageth takes off and summons Colossal Stormfiends to drain the vault of its remaining power.
As the vault fails, Raszageth returns to the central platform and becomes the heart of a [Raging Storm]. The Storm-Eater brings the full force of her abilities against her assailants as she ushers in the dark clouds of a new age.
- Damage Dealer –
  Volatile Sparks are destroyed if [Volatile] is removed or [Burst] is interrupted.
  [Fulminating Charge] inflicts damage to players in an area around the wearer and jumps to the closest player within range upon expiration.
  [Static Field] reduces movement speed and forced movement effects on players standing in the area.
  Seeking Stormlings will cast [Fuse] if they successfully reach the Colossal Stormfiend that created it with [Storm Break].
- Healer –
  Volatile Sparks are destroyed if [Volatile] is removed or [Burst] is interrupted.
  [Thunderous Energy] inflicts damage equivalent to the total damage dealt by [Thunderous Blast] to the victim.
  [Static Field] reduces movement speed and forced movement effects on players standing in the area.
  [Fulminating Charge] inflicts damage damage in an area and applies [Lingering Charge] to the wearer upon expiration.
- Tank –
  Volatile Sparks are destroyed if [Volatile] is removed or [Burst] is interrupted.
  [Thunderous Energy] inflicts damage equivalent to the total damage dealt by [Thunderous Blast] to the victim.
  [Static Field] reduces movement speed and forced movement effects on players standing in the area.
  Surging Ruiners will move and attack players once [Surge] is removed.

Stage One: The Winds of Change

Hurricane Wing – Upon reaching 100 energy, Raszageth summons a massive gust of wind. Inflicts 127582 Nature damage to all players. Additionally, players are pushed away and suffer 14581 Nature damage every 0.5 sec for 3 sec.
Each time Raszageth uses Hurricane Wing the duration of the hurricane is increased by 0.5 sec.
Static Charge – Raszageth marks players with a Static Charge, inflicting 3 Nature damage every 1 sec for 8 sec. Upon expiration, it inflicts 200486 Nature damage to all players. This damage is reduced the further away players are from the blast.
- Static Field – Electricity clings to the area. Inflicts 5465 Nature damage every 1 sec increasing while players stand in the area. Additionally, reduces movement speed by 50%, and reduces forced movement effects on players standing in the area.
Volatile Current – Raszageth sends a current of electricity through each player, inflicting 40 Nature damage to players within 8 yards of each location and leaving behind a Volatile Spark.

  - Volatile – The Volatile Spark is destroyed if Volatile is removed or Burst is interrupted.

    On Mythic difficulty, Volatile begins with 3 charges. Upon removal, it creates another Volatile Spark and loses a charge.
    
    On Heroic difficulty, Volatile begins with 3 charges. Upon removal, it creates another Volatile Spark and loses a charge.
  - Burst – The Volatile Spark bursts, inflicting 72904 Nature damage to all players and an additional 72904 Nature damage every 1 sec for 30 sec. This effect stacks.
    The Volatile Spark is destroyed if the cast succeeds or is interrupted.
Electrified Jaws – Raszageth snaps at her current target with electrified jaws, inflicting 200 Physical damage and 100 Nature damage. The target is wounded, inflicting 15 Nature damage every 1 sec and increasing Physical damage taken by 100% for 33 sec.
Lightning Breath – Raszageth exhales a beam of lightning in front of her, inflicting 240583 Nature damage every 0.3 sec to players standing in the area.
Lightning Strikes – Raszageth periodically calls down lightning strikes that inflict 182260 Nature damage to players within 4 yards of the impact locations and stuns them for 0.5 sec.
Electric Scales – Raszageth's scales periodically pulse with crackling energy, inflicting 23694 Nature damage to all players every 2 sec and striking several players with Electric Lash.
- Electric Lash – A tendril of lightning lashes out from Raszageth's scales, inflicting 14581 Nature damage every 0.5 sec.

Intermission: The Primalist Strike

The Vault of the Incarnates – Raszageth and her Primalist forces weaken her siblings' prison with their attacks. As the integrity of the vaults falls to 50% and 0% Raszageth begins a new stage of her assault.

- Ruinous Shroud – Raszageth is protected by a shroud of storm energy, reducing damage taken by 99% and weakening the integrity of the vault by 1% every 1.5 sec.
- Lightning Devastation – Raszageth sweeps across the platform, exhaling lightning in a line as she travels. Inflicts 1822601 Nature damage to players standing in the impact area.
Primalist Forces
- Surging Ruiner
  - Surge – The Surging Ruiner shields itself and channels into the vault. While the shield holds, Surge inflicts 14581 Nature damage to all players every 3 sec.
    Upon removal, the Surging Ruiner gains Overload and summons a Primalist Force.
    Overload – The Surging Ruiner overloads, inflicting 29162 Nature damage to all players every 3 sec.
    
    Additionally, the Surging Ruiner grants all allies 100% increased damage done until defeated.
  - Surging Blast – The Surging Ruiner engulfs several players with crackling energy. After 6 sec the energy explodes, inflicting 50 Nature damage to players within 7 yards.
- Oathsworn Vanguard
  - Windforce Strikes – The Oathsworn Vanguard gains 10% increased attack speed and movement speed with each successful melee attack.
- Stormseeker Acolyte
  - Ascension – The Stormseeker Acolyte becomes empowered upon reaching 50% remaining health, granting it 150% increased Haste.
  - Storm Bolt – The Stormseeker Acolyte unleashes storm energy at a player, inflicting 49210 Nature damage.
- Frostforged Zealot
  - Shattering Shroud – The Frostforged Zealot blasts players with a wave of frost, inflicting 72904 Frost damage and absorbing 290042 healing received. After 10 sec the shroud shatters, inflicting 200 Frost damage to all players.
- Flamesworn Herald
  - Flame Shield – The Flamesworn Herald shields itself for 45% of its maximum health, granting it immunity to interrupt effects while the shield holds.
    Blazing Roar – The Flamesworn Herald lets loose a blazing roar, inflicting 729040 Fire damage to all players and increases damage done by all allies by 150% for 30 sec.

Stage Two: Surging Power

The Vault of the Incarnates – Raszageth and her Primalist forces weaken her siblings' prison with their attacks. As the integrity of the vaults falls to 50% and 0% Raszageth begins a new stage of her assault.
Stormsurge – Upon reaching 100 energy, Raszageth shields herself with a crackling barrier of electricity that absorbs 12913 damage. Raszageth pulses while the shield holds, inflicting 5103 Nature damage to all players every 1 sec, growing in intensity by 200% with each pulse.
After 25 sec the shield explodes, inflicting 40 Nature damage to all players every 1.5 sec for 1.5 min.

Players are Stormcharged while the shield holds.
- Stormcharged – Raszageth afflicts players with a Positive or Negative Charge. Players within 5 yards of allies with the same charge gain Focused Charge, while players within 5 yards of allies with the opposite charge gain Scattered Charge.
  - Inversion – Raszageth inverts the charge of several players, granting 3 sec of Focused Charge but then inverting their polarity to the opposite charge.
  - Focused Charge – Contact with the same charge increases damage done by 200% and increases healing and absorbs done by 200%.
  - Scattered Charge – Contact with the opposite charge triggers a detonation, inflicting 150 Nature damage to players within 5 yards and an additional 18226 Nature damage every 1 sec.
    On Mythic difficulty, Scattered Charge inflicts 150 Nature damage to nearby players upon application.

Tempest Wing – Raszageth's wings crash down, inflicting 109356 Nature damage to all players and releasing a storm wave. Players in the wave inflict 12 Nature damage every 0.5 sec to players within 6 yards and are pushed away.
On Mythic difficulty, players inside of the storm wave pulse damage around them.

Colossal Stormfiend
- Storm Break – The Colossal Stormfiend teleports, inflicting 54678 Nature to all players and granting it an application of Crackling Energy.
  Creates Seeking Stormlings at the departure location.
  - Seeking Stormling – A Stormling that seeks out its creator.
    Fuse – Upon reaching the the Colossal Stormfiend that created it, the Seeking Stormling sacrifices itself to heal the Colossal Stormfiend for 5% of its maximum health and increases its damage done by 25%. This effect stacks.
    Indomitable Focus – Upon reaching 100 energy, the Seeking Stormling becomes immune to crowd control effects.
- Ball Lightning – The Colossal Stormfiend emits orbs of lightning, inflicting 182260 Nature damage to players caught in their path and stunning them for 0.5 sec.
- Crackling Energy – The Colossal Stormfiend crackles with energy, inflicting 7290 Nature damage to all players every 2 sec.
- Unchecked Energy – Upon defeat, the Colossal Stormfiend grants any remaining Colossal Stormfiends 30% increased attack speed and causes them to gain additional applications of Crackling Energy every 2 sec.

Stage Three: Storm Incarnate

Raging Storm – Raszageth summons a raging storm that engulfs the platform over time. Players standing in the area are afflicted with Storm's Spite.
- Storm's Spite – The Raging Storm clings to players that enter the area, inflicting 6379 Nature damage every 1 sec.
Storm-Eater – Raszageth draws motes of Storm-Energy from the Raging Storm to feed. Each mote that reaches Raszageth restores 5% of her maximum health and increases her damage done by 20%.
Players caught in the path of Storm-Energy are afflicted by Storm's Spite.
- Storm's Spite – The Raging Storm clings to players that enter the area, inflicting 6379 Nature damage every 1 sec.
Magnetic Charge – Raszageth marks players with a Magnetic Charge for 8 sec. Upon expiration, it inflicts 80 Nature damage to all players and pulls them to the location of the blast. This damage is reduced the further away players are from the blast.
