General Respawn Info
Only part of Dragonflight rares are active during a single daily reset.
Most of the time you will be able to find only small part of all zone rares and they will respawn after kill in relatively short time.
But after daily reset they will disappear and a new pack of rares will be active.
So most of the time you will come to the spot and see nothing there. At least this way it was on Beta

Rare is a part of Adventurer of the Ohn'ahran Plains achievement.

Requires 5 Enriched Soil used on the mushroom in the cave at 59.71, 68.10 to spawn this rare. The Enriched Soil can be looted from piles of dirt scattered around the bottom of the lake in Mirror of the Sky and underwater in the surrounding area.

I collected 5 enriched soil through realm hopping, returned to the mushroom cave, used each soil and the mushroom grew with each use, then after 5 soils used it despawned and the rare did not spawn. gg

The 5 Enriched Soils required to summon the Rare can be easily found within a few minutes of doing rounds over the lake. The piles emmit sparkles , so they're pretty easy to spot. I suggest putting Liquid Detail options to Fair, it makes the water see-through without much more detail that could distract.

The rare itself dropped a Broken Branch, 50 Maruuk Centaur rep and 15 Dragon Isles Supplies.

First time I summoned it, followed the Rarescanner dots (right click on the red/green skull to show).

No need to server hop, one soil is up at a time, after you loot it next one will pop up and you can continue circulating around the lake to find it. But only one at the time. You will have enough time, it takes maybe less than 5 mins.

Second time I couldn't find my third soil, Rarescanner doesn't show it but it was in the middle of the lake where the Loch Ness monster is circulating, but you can avoid it safely. The soil is between the rubble on the bottom.

So in all, you don't need to server hop, and only one soil at the time, but soon as you loot the next one is spawning somewhere.

Ive killed it today and Im pretty sure it spawned with only 4 Enriched soils.

I did this on 3 toons to see if the spawn locations for the soil were the same each time. My first two attempts were near identical, but the third was different locations in the same area. I did have one soil in the same spot on the final toon. Most of my soil was found near the elementals near the lake. I posted a pic for those wondering what they are looking for. It looks like a sparkly version of disturbed dirt. I am also including the coords for the soil locations I found to help those that may be struggling. GL friends

It appears you can go use the soil if you are concerned about running out of time. Each soil has a timer of 30mins and if you don't use it before it's up you lose it. I spent about 2 hours and only got 4 and eventually had to give up. The mushroom didn't shrink any so you can just go use the soil each time you find one, unless you are better at finding them and can get them all within 30 mins (you can carry more than 1 at once). I think I was probably unlucky and had one spawn in a bad place that couldn't be found.

Very important detail: Enriched Soil spawns only when the River Camp is active. I wasted several days in vain because I couldn't find any information about it.

I could only find 3 then decided to look everywhere in the area. I finally found a few underwater in the lake that were not marked. 53,68 was one. Just keep swimming around if you can't find any. I was able to get my last 2 this way.
