My favorite holiday is Winter's Veil because it was so fun to wake up and huddle under the tree with everybody else on my server for our presents!
Day of the dead is my favorite, because I'm Mexican, and proud of my heritage! ^_^

Hallow's End is where it's AT! I love everything: dousing the fires, fighting the headless horseman, all the candy and masks, putting costumes on party members, it's so much fun! It feels more interactive to me than the other holidays, so much more to do.
Hallow's End, still don't have a mount, would love to get it. (Sorry if double posted)
I'd have to say the Lunar Festival is my favorite. While it shares the same "take a whirlwind tour of the known world and get free stuff" component as Hallow's End and the Midsummer Festival, there's the danger component of traveling with a PVP flag while talking to Horde elders. The Midsummer Festival comes pretty close and Hallow's End did something different this year (I think), but I enjoy myself more sneaking into enemy territory to speak to glowy dead spirits--they're always happy to see me, even if the guards and players aren't. It's become a funny, sneaky-game, right of passage for my non-maxed characters to see how few body drags it takes every year to get through Orgrimmar and Undercity. =D It's not the same as the body drag I did at 28 across Tanaris to get down into Un'goro Crater for the Noblegarden stuff, but it's definitely more fun! The food bought with the coins is awesome stuff (for non-buff food), even at 85, and frankly, I just can't pass up the opportunity to say hello to Elder Wheathoof! RIP Ezra Chatterton
Hallow's End, Because when i first started playing WoW it was my first WoW holiday :)
I love hallow´s End - Halloween, i´ve always liked the dark stuff, and the fact that WoW make it possible to kill the headless horseman, 4 me is unique, i love the fact that they give candy's, and that you can win pets and mounts in it, the achievements aren´t boring like the ones in winter veil, the first horror story i saw brought to TV, was "the headless horseman" at the age of 4 years old, i had nightmares about it, and knowing that im able to at last have some revenge on the damn rotten guy XD, i also love wearing different costumes of all types of characters, my boyfriend is a tauren, and i am a goblin, and its really funny wearing a male tauren´s mask . Thats why hallow´s End- Halloween is my favorite holiday in world of Warcraft
Hallows End is my favorite WOW holiday. It takes me back to my childhood with all the dressing up in costumes and trick-or-treating! I wish it would last the whole month of october, so there would be more time to trick or treat with all my characters(lv 60 flying speed makes it take forever!)Also, the vanity buffs are cool, and the masks are silly; my only wish would be that there were complete costumes(other than the wands, like the different armor pieces that there are for Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas).
i like all the holidays even the one where you go to uthers grave and say hey uther thanks for trying to stop arthas and stuff, you are the best paladin ever .... i miss you
This is a very hard question for me to answer. I haven't gotten to enjoy all of the World Event Holidays in World of Warcraft yet. My favorite holiday is Christmas, and the holiday event in WoW that is most like it is one that I have not yet experienced.Winter Veil I feel is going to be my favorite Holiday. I was born in December, so that month is always my most comfortable month. I really enjoy the winter season, and the atmosphere it brings. Winter Veil appears to be a cute combination of the spirit of winter and Christmas. I think the quests, and events for this holiday seem really fun. Throwing snowballs for achievements, and helping out as a Little Helper. Not to mention reindeer mounts, wintery pets, and the excitement of what you might find when opening presents.Of the holidays I've done, I really enjoyed Midsummer and Noblegarden. Collecting eggs and chocolate for the Noblegarden was pretty fun, and sneaking towards the bonfires to extinguish the flames in our enemy territories during Midsummer was a fun challenge. Especially as a druid in stealth creeping into the main cities.
For me, the best holiday is Hallow's End. For almost two weeks you get the greatest mount in the game - an instant-cast broom mount! Sir Broomy of Bristleville (yes, I name my broom!) and I were first to mount from the cave in Alterac Valley and lead our team to battle. Its compact, sleek design allowed for easy mail retrieval without covering the entire mailbox with giant wings (I'm looking at you Arthazdklulzzzzzzz). Most importantly, who could resist simultaneously pressing your jump and mount quick keys to do a mid-air blastoff towards new adventures? When I logged in today, my jump and mount quick keys did not work, but instead kept interrupting a cast. Panicked, I looked around for answers. When I noticed the decorations had been taken down, the reality of the situation hit me. I knew Sir Broomy was back in Bristleville for another year. An emptiness crept over me. My wrist trembled as I dragged the broom icon off my cast bar. I missed Hallow's End already! Somewhere in the back of my head I could hear that Headless Horseman cackling manically, and taunting me with some witty turn of phrase...THAT is a sign of a great holiday."Your broom is gone, left not a bristle! You can no longer mount as quick as a whistle!"
