interesting read and ties a lot of hints from the past together.
From a players investment and proffs point of view there are a lot of questions not touched on that ive seen, such as due to the lvl squish alot of players could/did waste a lot of gold/currency on heirloom upgrades and what of the long list of proff items that were tied to ilvl/lvl like enchants, gems ect with the change will doubles like say hand enchants just be wiped away or all just removed given the change would make classic enchants viable over current? I know some folks that pride them selves for learning all proff pats from all x-pacs.Then theirs the topic of flight, dose the change mean flight every were will be gone till a player makes end game? It's said we can pick any place to lvl but what if we wish to go some where else are we tuck so said place? What of other x-pacs content, say a player wishes to take a break from lvling in shadowlands and do some pet battle trainers daylies like hit up the outland trainers and then hop to panda lands trainers will we be grounded in those places cause some like the wind elemental in MoP is in a place you can only get too with flight. There are many other things I have concerns about but this is just an ex of a few things.
This is looking very promising! Can't wait to try the beta!
Now THAT is cool. Vol'jins spirit was touched by the hand of valor, perhaps someone...or something...from bastion and the kyrian covenant.
Wow I absolutely love all of this in depth analysis of the lore! Everyone always says the wow lore sucks but here we are having characters from prior expansions still being relevant/part of the main story. Seems good to me.
Interesting. I knew they planned out future expansions. But this level of "setup" goes deeper than I thought they would for a "video game".
I’m really liking this multi expansion lore build up
Man this is some writing acrobatics to make this all fit/work. Whenever someone has to go through that much effort just to promote their protagonist character, then something is wrong. I don't know if Blizz will ever let go of this focus on Sylvanas - they are like obsessed with her.
Calling it now: Elune is the Arbiter--> Rumoured to be older than perhaps even the titans --> ties in with the "Elune created the prime Naaru" theory--> Elune is said to have lost power --> Arbiter is circumvented, perhaps cheating her out of Anima--> Arbiter is called a "she"
Oh man now I just want to skip 8.3 and go straight to the Shadowlands! I love how they plan their story across several expansion <3So next expansion seems to be Sylvannas + The Jailer vs us + forces in the Shadowlands including The Arbiter (who can't stay neutral and wants to restore order in his lands)
This is quite an amazeballs read!
While I think this seems cool, I do hope that we're done with Sylvanas for a while soon
I feel like Sylvanas is the only one who knows everything. The chains she used to defeat Bolvar look like the ones that imprisoned N'Zoth...hmmm
I have to say, it's kind of odd to have future plot points regarding Sylvanas become common knowledge, when there is still at least one raid/major patch to go in BfA.
Its always fun to look back and see where all the hint and clues connect to create a bigger story.
I feel like with the expansion revealed so early, especially when the story of 8.3 not even officially revealed/concluded, they're kind of pushing on ahead a bit too rapidly, IMO.
Don't think argus is the reason shadowlands are broken. Must be something less far fetched
Looking forward to seeing the story play out and our next BIG BAD.
Feels like lots of retconning might be incoming. However am very excited for what the future of WoW has to bring. Looking at the feature trailer gave me Legion feelings all over. Let's get it right this time. <3
Hyped as Heck for the new expansion and the new Lore i cannot wait to experience it all in Shadowlands, Will be sick!
