Comment by Kaharuleso when i think of ret trees talents or gameplay i think more from a pvp standpoint im all for 5 holy power use on hammer of light but the damage needs to be respected like with 4 holy power use of vangaurd of justice it was cool when it increase ur holy power spenders by 30% 40% fresh out of rework now with it only adding 15% in pvp its crap and not work taking at all and i hate seeing talents go to waste like that i feel like blizzard will never do nothing noice for rets mobility like we use to have speed of light which i much rather have than horse because its too obvious on use and easy to shutdown atleast let it have knock back effect like protection paladins and our heals are nerfed to hell im cool with being slow but atleast give us that one good slow like hand of hinderance it was so perfect 70% slow for them pesky arcane mages locks and all that they too fast for everybody and they root you like nobody else but as someone who played ret as my one and only since burning crusade i wish our damage since we not getting a mortal strike is respected like it use to be once again IN PVP! because we doing pretty good in dungeons and raids omost number one but id like the same feel in pvp how is it me as a no guild player pugging everything i do can get AOTC mythic raids done and 2600 keymaster just having fun i felt no difficulty once you know mechanics can get legendary axe and all these things but in pvp be crap and omost breaking my computer table in frustration hit dulist first season elite next now cant even hit 2100 in this season despite being 16 games positive while other player like bahjeera because somehow has better mmr can be 10 games negetive after adding up wins and losses in solo shuffle i seen earlier this season got 2400 its bs so back to talents for ret i wanna see really meaningful things great damage defensive and stuff that wont be nerfed to the ground where you just wanna play demon hunter because no matter if u poopy or not youll still be 2400 through raw damage and you never die or get nerfed or sub rouges and there 1000 vanishesComment by Dakan1So is wake of ashes becoming a baseline talent for ret then? Literally the worst part about ret used to be the downtime, the time where you're just smacking the boss with auto attacks because you had nothing left, and Crusading Strikes just brings us back to that playstyle.Comment by DremallSo is wake of ashes becoming a baseline talent for ret then? I hope so, i already dont use it, and if im told that i have to use it, even if it isn't made baseline, then im still not going to use it, i don't like the ability. Plenty of classes have hero trees that focus on talents that are currently optional. For example, warriors have hero talent interaction with Shockwave, which is far down the class tree. Blizzard has said that Shockwave is being moved higher so it's much easier to take. Do that with Wake of Ashes.
