My favorite zone has to be Vashj'ir. The reason I like it is because of its magnitude and also the scenery. Some of the plant life there is amazing.
Nagrand, Beautiful zone well thought out quest lines and Awesome Talbuk mounts, what more could you possibly want?

Hard to say. I have a favourite zone in every expansion.Vanilla - Mulgore - my first zone in World of Warcraft ever. Love those vast green plains and peaceful landscape.BC - Nagrand - looks very similar to Mulgore, also it has got the best quest chain in WoW - "Hero of the Mag'har"WotLK - Dragonblight - in this zone took place some of greatest missions in Warcraft 3 - also massive amounts of lore, also NaxxramasCata - Uldum - beautiful ancient land, lots of Indiana Jones, many great quests especially with Commander Schnottz
Definitely Mulgore. Calm and peaceful plains, that's where I get my spirit back. I remember my first steps in the game, when my character was merely a calf =). I spent much time just running back and forth across the zone, making screenshots, listening to music. I was really excited! And it was so much pain to leave it for Barrens. Since then I try to spent some time there when I feel blue =)I can not imagine starter zone better that Mulgore, it's very sentimental part of the Azeroth for me, it's the place I can call my Home-in-game.
My favorite place would be Dun Morogh , and the reason for that is that first time when i was playing WoW on my brothers character. I remember clearly the level 5 Dwarf hunter that i was so excited about! I loved the snowy environment because of it's beauty! Much has changed since those days in Vanilla, but Dun Morogh remains to be as Interesting and beautiful as always!
Terokkar Forrest. It was always empty and I am sure few people really liked it. Sure, it had Shat in it, but other than that it seemed like an afterthought. When I first rode into it after the release of TBC I was blown away, though. It was gorgeous. Lush and green with this weird alien ambiance. The glowing pods in the trees, the odd bird creatures that seemed to infest the zone, the HUGE dead area in the middle that was home to some awesome dungeons. How could this not be the best zone?
Probably Stonetalon Mountains, you get *!@#loads of xp and the quests is really fun. Who seriously doesn't wanna walk around in a giant robot toasting gnomes with a flamethrower?
i loved neatherstorm the whole area was really cool and twisted and new diff monsters and not the same old wolfs and golems ect just diff looks but a whole new actual feel
It's gotta be classic Silithus, with the Ahn'Qiraj world event running, everyone was gathering supplies from all across Azeroth all for the sake of unlocking what lies beneath Silithus. This one zone gathered most of a server to one spot, making some of the most memorable moments WoW has ever seen.
Stonetalon Mountains, cataclysm quest series over there are awesome.
Westfall is one of those zones that I see as "A hero's beginning". Humans are getting started as adventurers, working with Gryan Stoutmantle to stop the Defias in the area. It was a zone that made your character change from a person into a hero, an idea that is at the heart of World of Warcraft. The Cataclysm brought my favorite change to the zone, pushing forward to see how my first time through the zone had changed it. Blizzard'd attention to continuity and ability to render the player into a hero makes Westfall one of my favorite zones. Ever.
Definatly Hillsbrad Foothils, the old one was great, PVP and interesting quests. The new one doesnt have the PVP feel, but the quest where your a quest giver, and where it leads is hilarious, everyone likes 'Jenny Awesome'.
