This box is the first step to obtaining the Moon-blessed Claw druid form.

The Box is located near to Shafina in the Eye of Yesera subzone of the Emerald Dream. The box was on the ground in front of a bookcase.

When opened the box contains six vials, each assigned with a letter B, D, N, O, E, K. Note that opening the box uses 6 bag slots and probably needs a 7th to hold the box as it's opening.

Each vial is linked to a specific continent, and seem to all require a moonwell or moonwell related water to fill.

Empty Vial -- Vial E --> becomes Filled Vial - Vial E
Empty Vial -- Vial K --> becomes Filled Vial - Vial K
Empty Vial -- Vial O --> becomes Filled Vial - Vial O
Empty Vial -- Vial N --> becomes Filled Vial - Vial N
Empty Vial -- Vial D --> becomes Filled Vial - Vial D
Empty Vial -- Vial B --> becomes Filled Vial - Vial B

Combine the 6 filled potions.

The letters refer to *where* you fill the vials, where multiple moonwells are located on a particular continent, it appears that you can use any moonwell:

Combining the filled vials will give you Coalesced Moonlight.

Take the Coalesced Moonlight to Feral Dreamstone - it's one of the small stone tablets with a druid claw aspect mark on it, it's lying in the grass behind a larger rock.

Use the Coalesced Moonlight while standing very close to the Feral Moonstone. A beam of light will shine and the Moon-Blessed Claw will appear in it's place. Loot it to get the item that teaches the Moon-Blessed Claw druid appearance.

I will keep updating this as I test other vial locations.

Druids can use Dreamwalk to fill many of these quickly. Several of the portals in the dreamway take you straight to a moonwell.
The Broken Isles vial can be filled at the moonwell in the class hall, up the hill next to the inn.
The Duskwood portal will put you next to the Eastern Kingdoms well.
The Moonglade portal spits you out right next to a well.

If you have the Ever-Shifting Mirror toy, it can take you between Outland and Draenor quickly. There's a convergence point just outside of the Cenarion Refuge that spits you out in North Talador, or vice-versa.

If you're horde, I recommend stealthing in to the Star's Rest well in Northrend. The NPCs in the camp are mostly level 40, but there are a couple level 70s that like to aggro.
You can use the vials while stealthed.

If you can't see the box like i couldn't, make sure you're not on the fight or flight quest. There's a couple of others quests that this one bugs out as well, Requiem in a dream is one.
Complete it and the box will appear at 54.90 25.40 :)

If you are dumb like me and didn't realize, the empty vials are also labelled.
Use the corresponding one, or just spam them all till one starts the cast.

Careful you don't make the same mistake I did. Because of lack of space to unpack the crate in my inventory I decided to delete it and just pick it up later. Problem is that it doesn't respawn. I have tried everything I can think of and cleared all my emerald dream quests to make sure there is no phasing issue. I have contacted support but they just route me back to wowhead and say they can't give hints. As far as I understand it's not on a spawn timer. At this point I don't see anyway for me to get the moon-blessed claw other than leveling a second druid.

Update: Had one vial left in bags hiding. When I deleted that vial the box respawned. Note: Support says because it's a hidden feature they won't give any help. So we're on our own for any issues on this.

The bottles are Labeled as E, N, K, B, O and D indicates the zones you need to visit to fill it up.

Once combined you will create the item Coalesced Moonlight, which you will use near the "Feral Dreamstone".
The "Feral Dreamstone" is in the "Emerald Dream" (41.67, 66.91) Located on the Ground.

After using it, a Moon-Blessed Claw will appear where the Feral Dreamstone was, and if you use it, you will unlock a new Feral apparence in the barbershop.
