This is a reward for the lvl 29 follower Quest "Challanggin Qexu" and probably one in a series of higher-lvl missions rewarding Champions and later Heroes Enchanting cache with doubling rewards :) once you hit a certain campaign or follower level it should appear (my highest follower is 31 currently)

Opened 4 of them so far. Each of them contained:
8x Soul Dust
4x Sacred Shard
2x Eternal Crystal

My enchanter has gotten a bunch of these but my tailor has never gotten one, is it only for enchanters?
(however my enchanter has gotten the tailoring cache!)

Here's a post to try and put all these together in one place (just concentrating on the ones that claim to offer "all"): Hopefully this will help people make an intelligent choice

Champion's Skinning Cache never seems to have rare mats. The rarest you are going to see is Callous Hide. In fact it always seems to just have Callous Hide, Desolate Leather and Pallid Bone

Champion's Herbalism Cache always seems to have 2 x Nightshade and 8 x some random other herb.

Champion's Enchanting Cache always seems to have 2 x Eternal Crystal, 4 x Sacred Shard and 8 x Soul Dust (so all the possible enchanting mats)

Champion's Mining Cache always seems to give you 4 x Porous Stone, 8 x Laestrite Ore and then 8 x some other random ore (but never Elethium Ore). So two of the most worthless ore, but never the one you want most.

Hero's Fish Cache gives you some of each kind of fish (usually around 5 of each except for Elysian Thade). The difference between this and the common version is that you get 3 x Elysian Thade.

Hero's Meat Cache gives you some random amount of each kind of meat. The difference between this and the common version just seems to be the amount of meat.

Champion's Tailoring Cache of course has the two types of cloth Shrouded Cloth and Lightless Silk. Last time I got 16 x Shrouded Cloth and 3 x Lightless Silk. Be nice if you got something like the Enchanted version but no such luck. I think this one is the most worthless.

So completely inconsistent design... Really makes you wonder how Blizzard goes about designing.

First bracket shows cache worth with EU Median Price.
Second bracket shows cache worth with Median Price from EU-Blackhand server to show a server specific deviation.
A tilde means it's a mean value because it's RNG dependant on how many or which materials drop from the cache.
These prices don't neccesarily show how much you will be able to get from a cache in your auction house, but only to show a ranking which caches are probably worth more than others, and how much difference there is.
