My favorite WoW memory would have to be one of my random roleplay moments. I spent days setting everything up; crafting on alts, creating a series of custom macros, and warning key people of what was about to happen so they didn't completely freak out, lol. I invited a friend that I'd been playing with a lot over several months out to Nagrand, her favorite zone, and up to one of the floating islands. I started going through my macros, a rather articulate speech, complete with emotes, culminating with a /kneel and open trade as I proposed and dropped The Rock into the trade window. She said YES! Even better, we arranged an in game wedding the following weekend. Most of our guild and several friends attended. My tailor was so busy that week crafting outfits for everybody lol. Totally random and just for fun, but everybody had a blast.
I have a lot of "favorite memories" in WoW, the game's been around long enough that it's too hard to have just one! However, one of my many favorite memories was completing the Gotta Go! achievement before it was nerfed, when the timer was 2 minutes and everyone was still gearing up in heroics. It took 2 days of solid work and wipes for several hours before we finally got everything timed right where we could push Anub'arak through his burrow phases and finish him off. Whenever we finally got it, though, it was one of the best feelings I had up to that 4-year period I've been playing! To date, that achievement is one of my proudest ones; I've done all the other achievements for the meta on different characters throughout their changes, but nothing matched the difficulty of "Gotta Go!" - most of our raid achievements were easier than that comparatively! No matter how many people I see with red proto-drakes now, I take some personal pride in feeling that my own achievement shows how dedicated I was to getting mine when Wrath first came out.

My favorite memory is back in vanilla having ridiculous amounts of fun in the undercity killing stuff in the scourge invasion, even though my toon wasn't high enough level at the time to do much of the quests :P
My favourit memories in World of Warcraft was back in Vanilla on my mage doing PVP. I may not have been very good and didnt know what to do all the time. But I still enjoyed it. Like when the first battleground was introduced (Warsong Gulch) I would just park my mage in front of the Battlemaster outside the portal and Pvp for hours on end.
I think my favorite moment was when I found Destiny, Just a very great memory that will always make me happy.
Reaching the cap first time, feeling extremely proud of myself before getting ready to do it again!
I was kind of shy at first, so when I started to try entering a raid as a pug it was really hard for me.One time I entered a raid and I didnt knew anyone, they where all guildies, so I was really quiet and didn't talk too much. At the end I was top dps and the guild leader whisper me if I wanted to join their guild and their raiding group. That has to be my proudest moment in wow till now.Oh, and doing a moonwalk whit levitate falling from BoT xD
Won the 1st fishing tourney held on Lightbringer. Fish form fun!
My favorite moment really has to be the time I decided I will travel on my own and without the help of any friends or guild members (although it DID help that nobody was online at the time) Don't get me wrong, I was simply asking where to go next to quest and level and if there was a member with the same level as me, I would ask him to join me. But at one point, when I was all alone and had finished all the quests I was in (can't even remember the zone) I was trying to understand where to go. Since nobody was online, I just hit my map and my eyes fell on Feralas. And there I went. The moment I entered, I realized that this would be one of my favorite zones; I was wrong, since it became my favorite zone. I started exploring a bit and saw that levels of the mobs were a bit higher than me, at least five-six levels on best occasions. I was about to press the Hearthstone, but suddenly, a mob aggroed me and started attacking, thus interrupting my hearth. Immediantly I went to the attack, with my faithful Imp already casting its Firebolt. After a few agonizing moments, I managed to down that mob. Seeing that mob fell, with a little difficulty but it fell nonetheless, I decided to stick around a bit.So my favorite moment has to be downing that mob. Not cause of the mob itself, but because of world that was opened for me that day; the feelings that it gave me, finally taking my first real challenge to WoW.Since then I am trying not kill wolves...that much.
I recall a time, not long after the original launch, when I arrived in Darnassus for the very first time. This was my first character ever. I remember seeing those gates and just stopping in awe, looking around at everything. It was one of the most beautiful things I'd ever seen on my computer screen. That's not my favorite WoW moment, though. Flash forward maybe 2, 2 and a half years. I believe it was one of the first Children's Week events, so my timeline may be off. The quest text said that my orphan wanted to see the bank that looks like a bear. This wasn't familiar to me. Somehow, in all that time, I had managed to miss the fact that the Darnassus bank is a giant bear-tree. When I saw it there with my orphan, I stopped and just stared at it in awe. And I remembered vividly the very first time I'd ever set foot in Darnassus. It all came rushing back. And I was disappointed in myself that I hadn't ever noticed the bear. From then until now, I always take the extra time to look around to see what I might be missing, even if I've been there hundreds of times before. That's my favorite WoW moment.
I had a hard time picking just one thing of course, but I remember really well my very first mount way back in Vanilla WoW, the sense of absolute freedom, the feeling I could ride into the sunset on my 60% bony skeletal horsie just left me with a huge grin on my face. I was level 41, and rode all the way from Booty Bay to the Swamp of Sorrows, then into the Blasted Lands where my squishy priest finally found a quick death. It was so worth it :D
I've been playing since right before BC came out, so I have enough Memories of WoW to last a lifetime. My first Memory? Hitting 70 on my hunter. I felt like the coolest girl around. The second has to be the day my ex decided to stalk me on my old server. I wrote a ticket about it, since I had recently race changed and he still wouldn't go away. The GM was the nicest person I had ever met. He understood what was going on and felt bad because of what my ex was doing. He told me jokes to make me feel better and gave me a new name so my ex couldn't bother me anymore. The best memory(s) of all are each and every time I tame a rare spawn that I have been waiting days for. Tears streamed down my face the day I had charmed my way into Loque's heart. Soon Skoll, Gondria, Arcturis and Krush joined my side. Then came Karoma and Ghostcrawler and my family was complete.I wish I could thank the GMs and Creators for everything they do. They bring memories to each and every one of us that we will talk to our kids and grand-kids about!
My favourite memory was from raiding Karazhan. Best instance ever, mysterious tower with interesting story and amazing encounters.
