My first week, my first character. Me, a hunter, being killed by Deer (!) .. the person helping me through the basics of WoW saying "Oh,God .. the embarrassment!" as a bunch of laughing higher level players passed by.It has been SUCH fun since then!
My best memory of WoW oddly enough has nothing to do with getting my first epic, killing my first raid boss, etc. No, my best memory of WoW consists of making my first twinks in the 30-39 bracket, back before BGs had XP - the Golden Age of twinking. I was leveling a rogue at the time and did some BGs in the 30-39 bracket, only to be blown away by the power of rogue twinks at that time (literally - they wiped the floor with me). They totally destroyed most every class.. even giving warriors and paladins a run for their money. I decided then and there to make a twink rogue, which took me several months and maybe 5-6k gold (much of it for the expensive enchants). I had a lot of fun on my rogue twink, but then I met a twink warlock who topped the KB and damage scores in pretty much every BG. My second twink was, of course, a 39 warlock with around 400 shadow damage. Running around and tab dotting people was awesome. For awhile there I just logged on to play my twinks, switching between the two depending on my mood. It felt great to have characters that were "complete" with nothing more to do, and to just enjoy being OP and having the best gear possible for that level.I've never felt more satisfied with WoW than I was at that time, and that's why it is my best memory of WoW. This MMO is designed to never end, to always have more to do. Twinking was a way to "win" the game back then, because your character was complete - you had the best gear and best enchants, and no new content would be added to make that gear and enchants obsolete. Also, it was a blast facerolling everyone... what can I say?The twinking heyday is over and done with now, but the memory still remains. I can't see anything topping that memory, to be honest. Once WoW dies and something else takes its place, that will be one of the experiences I will not forget.

My favorite WoW moment of the past has to be a time I was hanging out with two of my friends in Shattrath, we were all pretty new to the game and about level 60, told my friend how I got the achieve, it was scary but easy for a paladin, so I said Hey! I can help you get it by bubbling you! so we positioned ourselves at the edge of the Skryer's Tier and I said, "ok you jump and ill bubble you, that way it'll last the whole fall" ... so 1...2...3 JUMP.... and he jumped and I bubbled.....myself.... ><.... so I panicked and jumped after him in a fail attempt to save him... he died and my bubble ran out so I died too LOL, we were on vent the whole time and laughed hysterically... I’ll never forget it.
My best memory is the time I first made a night elf, my draw dropped when I saw how big the tree was in the starting area, I stared at it for ages and continually ran to the top and jumped off it, it was like a theme park ride to me! lol
my favourite memory was having a lan party with 2 buddies and being on a guild raid. it was pre bc and we were in Onyxia's Lair, i was on my pally spamming heals when i got hit by a fear bomb so i went to blessing of protection myself forgetting to drop the tank as target.... basically i bubbled the main tank our guild leader on the last stage of Onyxia.... he managed to clear the BOP and get agro back fast enough that we still got ony down, there was me and 2 other pallys in the raid , he yells out who the bleep just bubbled me (he new it could only be 1 of 2 pallys since the third was his wife and was sitting right beside him) all of a sudden my buddy sitting besides me jumps up pointing it was you wasn't it ,,, it was YOU .. on a side note it was the first time we took down Onyxia lol
It wasn't the specific instance that was so enjoyable, it was the company that I was with at the time. Soon after I first started playing Warcraft, I found myself running through Deadmines with my older sister, one of my best friends from high school, my cousin's son, and a dear friend. We were running the instance, chatting via Vent, and having a fun time. Here's what makes this so special:I live in CaliforniaMy sister lives in DenmarkMy high school friend lives in Kansas CityMy cousin and her son live in PhiladelphiaMy other friend lives in AustraliaHow awesome is that?
My favorite WoW moment has to be the first time I took my fiance to Northrend. I had the two man rocket and was JUST typing in, now dont try to fly because you need.... And off he jumped, plummeting to his death, trying to hit flight form the entire way down. I laughed SO hard I think I pulled something.
That's a tough call. It was either 1, running around in Westfall on a PvP server as a lvl 80 Tauren druid and seeing 2 lvl 14 characters named georgebush and obama decide they could take me out, or 2, finishing "What a Long Strange Trips It's Been" just the other day. The first one just because of how funny/sad it was and I wasn't trying to PvP...they just up and attacked me. They were VERY squishey to say the least :P and the 2nd, it was such a feeling of accomplishment to realize I'd played over a year and done so much...made me remember all the fun I had getting the achievements to finish each holiday and all the difficulties as well. Not to mention the Violet Proto-drake which you don't see much of and the free 310% flying. Yes, I've been waiting to get the achoevement and refusing to pay for it! :P
My Favorite moment was when i got my first pet b/c i was new to the game and when i logged in on my first character (a tauren druid) and some guy was there and he was like here! do u want this praerie dog and i was like ok? and then when i summoned it, i was hooked for life on pets. Since then i have been collecting pets. unfortunetly before u could just learn em i had to get rid of a few b/c i literally ran out of space, that was a shame but i still got most of them back and now i have 129 pets and still rising :D
By far my favorite memory happened in 2010.I played wow from 2007 to early 2009. My schedule got busy so I decided to quit playing wow for a while and save a little bit of money. A year went by and I almost forgot about the fun times I had in the warcraft universe. I was also sure other people had forgotten about me and kicked me out of the guild. Anyway, in mid-2010, I saw a commercial for Wow cataclysm and I said, "Hey, maybe it would be fun to get back in the game". I called my friend and told him that tomorrow I would be activating my account again. So, the next thing I know, I'm in Wow again. I'm still in my guild, though noone acted like they remembered me. My friend sent me an email saying to go to Stormwinds docks. I go there, expecting him to give me advice or something, but when I get there, all my WoW friends are there, along with most of my guild. They said Welcome Back, and basically we through a mini party and partied for a couple of hours. It was really fun and, needless to say, I have been hooked back on WoW since then. While I may grow tired of World of Warcraft, that memory will never leave me.
My most favorite memory that I have had is my very first raid, which was Ulduar. It was with a whole bunch of my friends so I had a great time!
My favourite memory is my first day in WoW. I played a Night Elf back then and just loved the athmosphere of Teldrassil, especially the dreamy music. There was no raiding pressure like now, only SO many things to discover. A friend of mine even took me the long way (I had no idea and found all ways way too long!) to Stormwind. It was really impressive ;)
