Really like the eversong woods, my favorite place to level and memories of taking my first char, my lock through there.
Mulgore - The setting makes the whole area feel wonerable to me, and I really feel that my effort makes a difference.I still travel back there, if only to catch a few fishes, or just to have a look around, I allways feel like I'm coming home to MY lands.Even though I have taken a race-change for maximizing my pve abilities, I still am and feel like a Tauren. The music and enviromental sounds is something I could have on an endless repeat beside my bed.I can close my eyes and still remember the first steps I took there, five years ago.In my long years as a gamer, there are a few epic moments that I'll never forget. Leveling in Mulgore is one of them. For the Horde!
Acherus and the Scarlet Enclave, without a doubt. What other zone gives you an entire quest chain to play as the bad guys? Also, seeing all the bosses, former and current of Naxx, and knowing they were on your side was an awesome feeling. Epic finale really sealed the deal.EDIT: Captcha "isoldwat image" lol
Gilneas City is my absolutely favourite zone in the World of Warcraft. Terrific architecture and amazing textures surely create a unique atmosphere which make it stand out greatly from the rest. It looks even better than the revisited Stormwind City that has experienced great changes after the expansion. Cataclysm architecture and textures of the world look truly brilliant, and I think that Gilneas City looks the best.
Well, to be really honest.I'm a proud Horde Mage...But what is my favourite place ever in World of Warcraft?ASHENVALE: I always loved this place, peace, excellent Elven Music, (come on... Night, Blood...We're all Elves), everything so "dark". The perfect atmosphere to raise a little Elf.I think that Ashenvale should exist as a Sanctuary for all kind of Elves.Anyways, That's the place I love... And YES I visit that wonderful Peace Garden EVERY Single Day.Take Care Guys. :)
On any Alliance toon I rolled, I made the journey to Duskwood. The atmosphere, the characters and the story there is just too good to pass up! I've been killed by Stitches more times than I can count, and always take a toon back at max level just to beat him up in revenge. :DI also love the little blinking eyes in some of the bushes. Creepy as hell first time I saw them.
I would have to choose Blade's Edge Mountains Blades Edge Mountain. with the spikes and everything it seams like a death trap when your flying up to it. That and at Gruul's Lair Gruul's Lair you always used the spikes to get away from a gank from enemy players. I would have to say a close second is Tol Barad Peninsula Tol Barad Peninsula just because you can kill enemy's when they are question (on a pvp server) It is always fun to run around the outside of the island with water walking on and go fishing away from harms way so you can get a ton of eal and some good fishing levels at the same time.
