Wowhead, battle.net, and other databases are currently WRONG about these new cata random enchants.

These 'elemental' named enchant types have FOUR STATS EACH, in order from highest to lowest:

Stamina
A 'core stat' ( Agi, Int, OR Str )
and a combo of TWO EQUAL RATINGS (or in a couple of cases, one rating and spirit)

So, as a rule of thumb, until it's fixed, you can automatically know that the one rating you see, like say 160 crit, the other rating will also be 160.

There are 20 of them in all,
but you only see combos appropriate for the gear it's applied to.

It should also be noted that the minimum crafter level here is also wrong...

Tsunami Gloves is not able to be learned until you reach 475 Leatherworking.

Also... have no idea where one would obtain this pattern in scroll form... Wowhead labels it as a trainer pattern but also notes it as being taught by an obtainable scroll pattern but has no info on where that would come from.

My guess... it was originally available at 425 during beta and that data never got parsed out.

Thanks for the above comment and link... everyone should note that the version that has hit is comparable to the version that has Spirit for casters as the amount of Spirit converts to the same amount of hit... at least on my Shaman it does.
