You can complete Lots of Lunkers, A Whole Heap of Lunkers, Lunkers, Lunkers Everywhere by using your Iskaaran Harpoon while doing any of 6 differents Fishing Frenzy! World Quests.
This world quest appear in more than one map.

How to get Iskaaran Harpoon:

Earn Iskaara Tuskarr Renown lvl 7.
Collect Harpoon Head near Arvik npc in Iskaara. I guess need to be in Iskaara to the coordinates work: /way 12.92 48.78
Collect Wooden Pole, can spawn around all Azure Span, check the icon in your mini map.
Get Tattered Seavine from Fisherman Tinnak on the Bonus Objective Fisherman Tinnak's Ghost. /way 50.48 36.66 Fisherman Tinnak's Ghost
Speak with Tavio to craft Iskaaran Harpoon in Iskaara. /way 12.84 49.18 Tavio.

Fishing Frenzy! can appear in all 4 zones, same name different location.

Adding this comment as it is not added. Once the WQ are up you need to drop "ominous conch" they will spawn the lunkers. Best option is to group up with people doing "it takes a tuskarr X" achs and do both at once.

After much confusion I finally figured out the difference between regular and Massive Lunkers. Whenever you fish up an Ominous Conch, you will start a cast called Looking for Lunkers that will be interrupted if you try to fish again. If you let the cast play out for long enough, you'll find a Lunker that will count for this achievement. Oddly enough, the lunkers I found were called Massive Threshers, but they don't actually count as a Massive Lunker. The Massive Lunkers are spawned by using 5 of the Ominous Conches at the Large Lunker Sighting area, but they will count for both this achievement and the We're Going to Need a Bigger Harpoon achievement. Also, you don't need to actually Harpoon or kill the Lunkers to get credit for either achievement.

After fishing for 1h I was wondering why I wasn't getting any Lunkers. I realised I was cancelling the cast by casting again.
Use this macro to prevent that:
/cast Fishing

This achievement ticks up for me while in the "Lunker groups" aka while i'm not fishing - so it also works from looting the conches from the harpooned lunkers and letting the "Looking for Lunkers" cast finish.(##RESPBREAK##)272##DELIM##Serrinn##DELIM##

A somewhat fast way to farm this achievement is getting Tuskarr Tackleboxes with Iskaara Tuskarr at Renown 27. You will get a decent drop rate of Ominous Conch, and everytime you get one, just go next to a bit deep pool of water while you are casting Looking for Lunkers (these boxes are mostly next to pools of water, so you won't have to move too much). Kill and loot the lunker for another chance of Ominous Conch.

The best spot I've found for Tuskarr Tackleboxes is at Temporal Conflux in Thaldraszus (time travel zone), there are PLENTY of boxes there, but maybe it's due to low population with Renown 27 unlocked yet.

Also remember to use every 5 Ominous Conch you find for another point in the achievement.

I sadly didn't finish this when it was easy by joining Lurker groups. =(

But now, I've found a "decent" way to complete the achievement.
By fishing in the small pond next to Loamm in Zaralek Cavern.

Randomly, you will catch an Ominous Conch and Massive Thresher will appear, and each of these spawns counts toward the achievement.

I am not getting credit for this achievement when in a group when the lunker is spawned by other player

This achievement only counts:

Lunkers that you personally summon by using 5x Ominous Conch
Lunkers that you personally summon from Looking for Lunkers, the buff you receive when you loot an Ominous Conch

It does not count:

Lunkers summoned by others
Lunkers summoned or harpooned by party members

If you're wondering what the difference is between We're Going to Need a Bigger Harpoon and this achievement (plus the other two in this chain): We're Going to Need a Bigger Harpoon does not count lunkers summoned from Looking for Lunkers, only lunkers that you personally summon by using 5x Ominous Conch.
