You can unlock Grand Hunt spells on the following renown lvls: 9, 10, 12, 16, 20, 22, 23.
Grand Hunt can appear around all 4 maps in Dragon Isles and works like Legion Invasions.

**Had a hard time finding him at the Northern Thaldraszus location. When I found him he was almost dead due to mobs attacking him. This was within moments of the hunt spawning.**

There is one aggressive mob on the northern point of Taldrassus, which kills Hemet almost immediately after the end of the southern event. Not the beginning of the northern event, but after the end of the southern event. You need to be on the spot to save him.

The hunts seem to almost never appear in Thaldraxsus so keep an eye on it any time it's there.

Hihi - once you have done this achievement, Hemet Nesingwary Jr. shows up at Hunt Instructor Basku with a chat option. Still quite disgruntled!

Northern Ohn'ahran Plains Hunt was hard to find but screenshot is correct. He is northeast from camp.

1. Grand Hunting Party =======================================================================================

To start any of them First You need to Reach Renown lvl 5 with Maruuk Centaur, That will open You Grand Hunting Party is 11 of them in Dragon Isles.
Each Grand Hunting Party have 6 stages. To start it You need to speak with Scout Tomul when You gat to 0/6 stage You need to speak with Scout Tomul as well to finish.
Each Stage is giving 15 reputation with Maruuk Centaur + You can get Centaur Hunting Trophy which you will exchange for reputation ( 25 rep for each ) to do it speak with Hunt Instructor Basku /way #2023 64.0 41.0
Every Time You finish Grand Hunting Party You will get Grand Hunt Spoils But not all the time same and is reset every week, Rotation:

Grand Hunt Spoils - Finishing 1st Grand Hunting Party in current week
Grand Hunt Spoils - Finishing 2nd Grand Hunting Party in current week
Grand Hunt Spoils - Finishing 3rd Grand Hunting Party in current week
Grand Hunt Spoils - Finishing 4rd and any next one Grand Hunting Party in current week.
You can do how many of Grand Hunting Party you want but after 4th You will get Grand Hunt Spoils all the time.

Grand Hunting Party is rotate every 2h on map between 4 Zone. To see where is currently You can press in game M and go to main Dragon Isles Map or go on front page of wowhead Today in WoW GRAND HUNT
Grand Hunting Party is not all the time same, some stages in same place can be different, You can def 1 rare but You will go next same Grand Hunting Party and you will get 3 rare to kill.

2. Plainswalker Bearer=============================================================================================

You can loot this Mount Only from Grand Hunt Spoils, You have 1 chance in a week. Loot rate is around 3%. That can take a lot of time to get it ( i was lucky and i get it after 6th Grand Hunt Spoils )
No metter what Grand Hunting Party You will do.

3. Hunt Master=============================================================================================

There are 11 different ones Grand Hunting Party You need to finish all of them. You don't need to do all 6 stages, You can even wait next to Scout Tomul until will finish with out doing anything O_o.
Any way is 11 location to do:

During each Grand Hunting Party is spawning Hemet Nesingwary Jr.. to reach achi You need to speak with all 11 Hemet Nesingwary Jr.. Is not hard all of them are not far from starting location and all the time over it ( on hills or ridges ) He looks like a scout watching the camp.

5. Longhunter and The Best at What I Do

During Grand Hunting Party You will have a chanse to do as well Longhunter and The Best at What I Do:

Longhunter - Each Hunt have 6 steps do 100 to reach Achievement.

The Best at What I Do - Kill 30 Rare During Grand Hunting Party, This is lotery You can have in single Hunt 0 to 3 Rare.

Something I discovered while in war mode, where there is less overall activity: *sometimes* the hunt has to actually be started (horn blown) for it to count, even though Hemet will have spawned in the area. This doesn't seem to always be true though; sometimes I got credit when it was still in the "Begin The Hunt" stage even when I wasn't in range of the hunt, as indicated by the game auto-tracking it. Anyway, if you don't get credit for talking to him, start the hunt and then go back to talk to him.

So I set off on getting this achievement and discovered that the hardest one to complete was the Northern Thaldraszus Hunt because a Garden Winghunter kills Hemet Nesingwary Jr. almost as soon as the Southern Thaldraszus hunt completes and he spawns.

So I decided to camp Hemet's spawn point and guard him. The Garden Winghunter seemed to spawn about every 10 minutes. Eventually the Southern Hunt completed and Hemet Nesingwary Jr. spawned. I talked to him, got my achievement and decided to keep him alive.

About halfway thru the Northern Hunt, 2 Destructive Proto-Drakes spawned and turned on both myself and Hemet. I saved him again but Blizz has definitely made this part of the achievement difficult in letting him get killed by multiple NPCs.

I noticed it! I needed Thaldraszus (Northern), The Azure Span (Eastern) and Ohn (Western). I dont know it was bug, but it was how it happened to me.

The Azure Span (Eastern) Hemet wasnt there and I went afk. Suddenly it spawned.

Ohn (Western) Hemet wasnt there so I decided to stay at least 5 mins and it spawned.

Now only need Thaldraszus (Northern) I am going to stay there at least 5 mins or longer. I know Northern is hardest of all.

For the Eastern Azure Span Hunt, beware there is a mining node that can spawn in the same location. When I went looking for him all I could see was this Primal Serevite Deposit, flew back and forth a few times, then finally went and had a closer look....... he was there, mostly obscured by the mining node.....

The issue with Junior dying to a mob in Northern Thaldraszus seems to have been settled in the current patch. I showed up early before the hunt began and saw no mobs around that could aggro to him.

For some inexplicable reason, it is not possible to approach him in Southern Azure Span. The Great Hunt only takes place in the eastern and western parts. Strangely enough, not in the southern part.

EDIT: After going back and forth several times, the southern spot also appeared. But it switched between west and east several times until it jumped to the southern spot.

FYI - If working on the Meta - when a Grand Hunt is in one area, you should have time to get all the disgruntled hunters in the area, the hunt locations rotate from east, west, north, etc...Not as much of a time sink as I originally thought

To me its quite impossible to find this Northern Thaldraszus Hunt up. There is a way to predict when will be in Northern Thaldraszus? Grand Hunt (as the Primal Storm) from Wow front page are not helping, mostly of the time are wrong.

I'm having issues with hunts that aren't shown on the map but show up when I fly over. Now that there are so many overlapping events in the same zones as these quests, there are problems. This meta achievement - A world awoken - is enormous. It seems bigger than the WoD meta. There are 2 sub-achievements that I need to complete the meta. Neither show on the map. And this is one I need to complete for the mount.

I also can't see Grimtusk when the Suffusion Camp is over. He only shows up during the event. I can't complete that aspect of the meta, either.

So, the Plains hunts have cycled between Northern and Western for the whole 2 hours and not spawned the Eastern Hunt once (at least 20 hunts completed)
