This appears to have gone live with the 5.1 patch, and is Klaxxi focused. The first phase listed above seems to have been removed before it went live. Going from memory here, as I've only run through it once:

Phase 1 (for Alliance) involves getting on gyrocopters and blowing up magical towers that are powering a shield which protects the island. Alliance players may have flashbacks to the initial Pandaria quest, as this is basically the same: the 'copter is "on rails," taking you to each site where you use the vehicle's rocket launcher to target the base of the towers. Occasionally, missiles will be fired at you, which you can defend against with an on-use shield. I never did see any notice of incoming missiles, however, which made it difficult to know when you should use it. Getting hit takes your weapons offline for a few seconds.

EDIT: Got this scenario again last night. I'm not sure if this was added in 5.2 or if it was added through the Deadly Boss Mods addon. It's rather faint, in the shape of a thin, red bullseye. I also got a text warning in the middle of my screen, but that was probably Deadly Boss Mods as well.

The first cluster of towers is stationary, easy to deal with. The second cluster actually has Klaxxi mages channelling shield spells, so you have to take out those bugs first. The third cluster is actually being carried around by giant scorpions, so you have to target in front of them to hit.

Phase 2 is a beach assault. Nothing too fancy here, though there are a couple elites to deal with. And each party member has the ability to call in an "air strike" AoE on a long cooldown.

Phase 3 is your boss fight. This large Klaxxi hits fairly hard and has AoE abilities (which warn you with red circles on the ground, just like the end-quests in Valley of the Four Winds). By himself, this would be easy. However, he calls in reinforcements. Lots of them. My group wiped twice before deciding to burn him down with all our cooldowns, which finally worked. Killed him before too many adds came in, which completes the scenario.

Final Phase: Tel'Vrak

We attempted this the first time a few days ago and wiped like many reading. Today, we had an epiphany, or if you prefer, a /palmtoforehead moment:

We confronted Tel'vrak with a BM hunter, fire mage and resto druid. We targeted Tel'vrak, and paid NO attention to the swarms coming in. As we DPS'ed Tel'vrak, we each used our "Strafing Run" (calling for the bombing run) ON US, ie on OUR location, and in rotation (not all at the same time). This systematically eliminated ALL the swarms. It was so easy, we felt very stupid. The druid had very little work to do in the end.

We never stopped targeting Tel'vrak and he went down fairly quickly. It was not a close call.

None of us are sublimely equiped: 444 on hunter, 434 on druid and 431 on mage.

I hope this helps all of you get past him just as easily.

Scenarios are new for WOW and introduced in Mists. Here are a few tips for having a successful scenario. While some of these may seem obvious, not everyone plays the game at the same level and there new players every day.

- Green circles on the ground with a flashing arrow indicate a healing area. Keep an eye on your health and take advantage of these when they are available.

- Don't expect the healing class in your group to provide heals. The scenarios are designed for 3 players of any class to complete. See above.

- Be helpful, considerate and communicate in a positive way. You may have run this scenario 50 times but the other players in your group may be there for the first time. Give players a chance to recuperate between fights, if needed.

- Stay together and work as a team. Things will go much faster and you'll have a better chance at success. If you know a short cut, let the others know.

- Work on the achievements in a pre-made group, rather than expecting 2 other random people to be willing to go for it. It may work out but be advised that most players are just there for a quick way to get Valor.

- If there isn't a tank and you have a lock or hunter in your group, the pets can tank for you as long as you don't pull threat away from them.

Stage 1 was lots of fun. Scenarios should have more vehicle mechanics like this one.

Final stage - we wiped over and over. What finally worked was one heals maintained heal and took out adds using the strafing gun when they came up while the tank, tanked the boss, and drew the target of the adds when adds went after the dps and heals. We moved to the back corner before starting the fight for the dps and heals to stand, keeping the fight with the boss away. This enabled the adds to be seen and targeted by the strafing gun or other range weapon when the strafing gun was on cool down. A couple times the heals had to run around when the boss had heals in the bomb targeting, but as the tank drew the targeting back away, heals went back to healing the tank and dps. We had a tauren shaman, monk pandaran, and druid.
