This has to be one of the most broken debuffs in the entire game.

At 1-9 stacks, it's pretty okay to good, doing miniscule to moderate damage to you while adding a low to decent chance to make targets you hit explode with sunlight, hitting everything around them for 10-20k.

At 10 stacks, however, this buff becomes an absolute monster for dealing damage -- clumped up enemies in particular. At 10 stacks, every direct hit against an enemy will cause it to explode, including damage from aoe abilities, and even the explosions from this debuff. If you hit 10 enemies with thrash, you get 10 explosions. If you get a nice, neat line of enemies and only hit the first mob in the line with, say, moonfire, this explosion will chain from the first mob to the last mob in the line. (Thankfully, there does seem to be some sort of internal cooldown, cause otherwise you'd probably break the server with infinite explosions if two enemies were right next to each other... Additionally, it does not appear to trigger from reflected damage .)

It also triggers from friendly abilities, causing targets hit with friendly abilities to explode with sunlight, dealing damage to any enemies around them. So if you use Stampeding Roar while there are 9 allies and 10 poor enemy players all stacked on top of you, you'll get 20 explosions all hitting those enemy players simultaneously -- 1 explosion from you for hitting yourself with stampeding roar, 9 explosions from your allies, and 10 explosions from the enemy players for being hit by any one of the 10 explosions from friendly targets.

As for how much dps this debuff does: Against a single target (a high health rare), I got about 47.5k dps from this debuff's explosions alone. To keep the debuff going, I aggroed an Amathet Excavator and got it to keep feeding me solar wraths.
Against multiple targets... well... it's hard to get a proper metric when a large clump of enemies turns to ash in an instant.
