Literally the worst open world game mechanic ever created. Abusively punishes tanks and healers who naturally want to pull more to increase they're already lower DPS over time by leveraging their increased survivability. Their reward for wanting to progress through open world content at a greater than snails pace? Instant death from a stacking debuff for not doing enough DPS. Blizzard logic at its finest? Do small pulls boys and girls, gated content wasn't slowing you down enough already...

Doesn't seem to be mitigated by defensive cooldowns, anti-magic shell, and kiting didn't work as one mob was able to apply stacks at range and I was still killed before I could DPS a moderate sized pull. This completely screws tanks when someone else drags more mobs into your AoE, you pull aggro, and the stacks kill you. Utterly horrible mechanic.

Created an account just to say that this spell is one of the worst mob abilities I have ever seen. This spell disproportionately affects tanks and healers for no reason other than someone at Blizzard is lacking certain mental faculties.

Even now this spell is absolutely devastating. Clearing legacy content and kept dying and couldn't tell what was doing it until I noticed this debuff. Does not show up in combat logs, just saw myself taking 1 damage.
