Unless I'm overlooking something, this talent is harmful for solo content, since it takes your normal Spell Reflection and replaces it with a version that has an increased cooldown, shorter duration, and lacks the normal version's 30% magic damage reduction. Seems like an awfully steep price just to be able to reflect more than one spell in the span of a few seconds.

May still be worth taking just to get rid of the constant in-game reminders that you have new talents to choose, though.
