i die every month to this. i already got the pet, but obviously this spell ticks me off that i had to post this comment about it: why not just do away with the stun and just plain off me instantly?

Icebound Fortitude will not remove this stun, nor will it prevent this stun from being applied. The human racial Every Man For Himself, however, will remove it. PvP trinkets and other effects that remove any loss of control will therefore probably also work.

If you manage to free yourself from the stun in time; you wont take any damage from it. Hope this helps.

Is it just random that she uses it on you, or is there something I can do to avoid it? It seems that sometimes when I first enter the fight, she pulls this on me and I die for nothing. I am a melee player but it seems ranged players do not get targeted with this.

Pally bubble will not remove this.

If you have Blessing of Spellwarding and can guess when she's going to apply it (which you can't, really, because there's no cast time) you won't take any of damage while this is active.

The best I could do was use a cooldown when I thought she might be ready to use this on me. She seems to be able to cast this every few seconds.
