i couldn't turn it in either, cuz i am unfriendly with cenarion circle from killing the emissary in orgrimmar so many times

my guess is u have to be atleast neutral to turn in the quest

I am neutral, but it showed that I was at war with Cenarion Circle. Make sure you uncheck the box showing you are at war. That worked just fine for me.

She is in 15.52 HELLFIRE PENINSULA not zangarmarsh, I went all the way to zangarmarsh 15.52, and ended up at sporeggar

First u must get the quest then go 15.52 in HELLFIRE PENINSULA where you will find a group of cenarion guys...u must be sure u are at least neutral with cenarion circle and not at war so you can do it

I am neutral with them with 0 reputation and I was able to hand it in fine. My 'At War' box was unchecked. Make sure yours is too.

Despite it ending in Hellfire, this quest does count for Mysteries Of The Marsh achievement.

Speak to Amythiel Mistwalker at Cenarion Post in Hellfire Peninsula.

Description

The Cenarion Expedition has become a large organization with a good degree of autonomy. These events are important enough that we need to warn the Cenarion Circle.

Do not worry, I will not ask you to travel back to Moonglade; we have emissaries as nearby as Hellfire Peninsula.
