Basics:
Drag Brimstone mobs over, and feed them, to hydra heads.

Explanation:
You can use any of the hydra heads. I picked those between /way 46.8 20.2 and /way 47.3 21.2
It seemed to make sense, because there's a road close by and patrolling mobs on it.
You only need one hydra head to be up but, if you are risk averse, two or more might help.

Use this basic macro - /tar brim - and pull Brimstone dragonkin, in the area, to a hydra head.
The hydra head will then munch the mob and the bar above its head will progress.
Once you have dragged enough mobs to a hydra head, to fill the bar, the quest will be done.

Notes:
Sometimes, the hydra heads might dip down for a few seconds. You then have a choice.
You can either use some damage mitigation and let the mob hit you a few times (the hydra head will then pop back up and eat the mob)
or you can move to another, nearby, hydra head. It's faster, if you're able, to drag mobs to just one hydra head.

You'll find the mobs run quite far, and there are several of them, so you should find that the first ones respawn by the time you need more.
Hunters can turn on (Tracking → Hunter Tracking →) Track Dragonkin to speed up the process a little, but the macro should be enough.
Completion is based on the bar of any one head filling up. 3 could be at 99% and it wouldn't matter. Just one has to reach 100%.

Annoying how blizzard named this objective almost exactly the same as the one from BFA. That can be VERY confusing to some folks.

This strat worked for me. I came upon the quest, landed near a hydra head, and windowed out to Wowhead to look up how to do it. When I opened game window back up, I got completion message, as someone else was doing it near me and I got credit.

I didn't know how to do this quest, mounted my Grand Expedition Yak to sell some trash and saw the hydra get satiated. Apparently it ate Cousin Slowhands (Traveling Trader). Ran to another hydra, which ate Mystic Birdhat (Transmogrifier). Dismounted, mounted again so the vendors were back and rinsed and repeated.

No clue how to actually do the quest, but thought this was funny and efficient enough to post here.
