For Rusziona's race you'll see these abilities in your vehicle interface:

For my best attempts, I did this:

There's nothing mentioned for the "Jump" keybind (Spacebar by default), but using it followed by Eruption leads to faster starts compared to only gliding forward + Dashing. I was using a second Dash as soon as available and then tried to avoid touching the gale wind behind the last ring in the canyon because you'll waste several seconds while losing control from being catapulted upwards.

To have my cooldown ready near the gates, I won't use another Dash while getting closer to Blackrock Mountain. I use the boost of another gale wind and grab the green Vigor sphere. Because being too fast within the mountain's winding corridors (IMHO the most tricky part of this race with many chances to ruin your timing), for the only time in the whole race I'm using Rock Halt close to the gates to slow down completely and immediately Dash with Eruption (without touching the ground) to have a nice pace to get me through the mountain. When you feel safe, you can use another Dash inside but make sure to have Eruption ready for the exit.

The rest of the race is all about using the gale winds and grabbing the available Vigor spheres to Dash on cooldown with one exception: When you temporarily leave the Ruins of Thaurissian and enter the Flame Crest area, there is a tight S-curve. You don't want to be too fast when going in, so keep your Eruption for the end of this short passage.

This completely messes up my UI by moving my quest log right over to the left edge of the screen. Doing a reload before the flight doesn't help.

It must do something different with the UI change for this because no other vehicles or pet battle shift my UI about.

It's odd that it moves something none of my addons modifies.

Is this quest necessary ? I suck at these and cant figure out how to raise up when get to low

It feels weird to me that the area around Blackrock Mountain is a race track now.

Back in the day this used to be a place of mystery, where you would fight your way through Blackrock Depths if you could find a capable group; and that instance was unbelievably huge. I remember spending more than one night there.

Seeing it used as a race track just feels weird, but that is probably only me. I wonder what the people think who originally designed this area.

I have tried for weeks to run this quest. It looks like it's loading and then I'm back to the Daycare and the blue exclamation is still there.
Anyone else experiencing this?

What I want to know is why this one is always up way more than the others? Also the Practice makes Perfect is annoying - why would I want to do this again for absolutely nothing?
