Just completed this quest on my rogue and was given 0 reward options upon turning it in. The quest giver even mentions giving you one for free. Going to submit a ticket and see what happens

Despite Giera telling you they will give you one item for free, turning in the quest does not offer a choice of rewards, and purchasing one of the unlocked items does subtract the cost from your Dragon Isles Supplies as well as the other items required to purchase it.

Same as the folks who posted 10 days before me. I turned in the quest which mentions a free item. However there were no options at all which is why I came to this page to see what I was missing.

I am curious to know if it is this way for everyone or if casters who use off-hands and can transmogrify them to the items listed above can see options? I am on my hunter who can collect the appearances but obviously cannot equip them for fighting.

I've noticed that with all the cosmetic renown weapon quest rewards, they only seem to offer options that your class "normally" uses, and not if they CAN equip them. I don't agree with this logic, they are cosmetics, why have these rules? While you can buy them, why not give them as a reward if the toon can learn them.

I'd recommend picking Runic Symbols and their Meaning as it costs 600 Dragon Isles Supplies + 5 Draconium Ore, which are generally more expensive than the cost of the other options.
As a warlock I indeed was offered all 6 choices as reward, considering the other comments seems that indeed non-caster classes don't get any offered.
Worth mentioning that Reinforced Lavender Bottle is purchasable after completing, but not one of the possible reward options.

To those saying that they did not get offers, I did as a paladin. I'm not certain if it's because there's the Holy specialization option or if it's the off-hand option (Prot or Holy).

There seem to actually be other options. I was offered Academy Student's Journal as a quest reward on my warrior in addition to 5 others. I did not carefully compare what's listed here with what she was offered, but I "think" they were the others listed above, other than Weighted Potion Cylinder which my 1st toon took as a reward. I have not purchased anything from the vendor.
