Currently seems bugged in the beta as of 2020-08-11. If you run around the Heart of the Forest you'll suddenly learn to craft three items: Dyed Runestag Leather, Runestag Leather Strap, and Stalker's Leather Quiver. While the quest gives no indication of where to get any of the materials --- all of which are marked as quest items --- they seem to stem from a basket next to Yannsa the Trade Goods vendor. However, she's too far away from the quest objective and whenever I get to the basket I'm no longer able to interact with it as a quest objective.

I've managed to get the reagents by repeatedly running towards the supplies and hoping they'll remain long enough for me to loot. After about 20 minutes I managed to get them --- but now the item to craft is no longer listed in my leatherworking log. I intend to run around the Heart of the Forest for a while to see if I'll eventually learn to craft the items again.

Quest worked for me as of 12/3/2020. It popped as a world quest when I approached Yannsa at 48.28, 51.20. Went to her to pick up the quest and learned how to craft: Dyed Runestag Leather, Runestag Leather Strap, and Stalker's Leather Quiver. Clicked on the basket next to her which gave the mats, and then I crafted all the items. It gave 10x Desolate Leather, skill point for shadowlands leatherworking, and 125 rep with The Wild Hunt.

I did not get all the materials needed from the basket to create the items needed for the quest; however, if you hang out near the basket you can loot it again. It seems to spawn multiple times to give you all the materials you need to complete the quest. Just hang out there for about 5 minutes and loot the basket again and you will have all the materials needed.

This WQ is a little different from the other crafting ones, as far as I have been able to tell across a few professions this is the only one that you can actually "fail" if you happen to make 3 of the Runestag Leather Straps before making a Dyed Runestag Leather you won't be able to make the Dyed since you have used all of the leather from the basket. Just wait a bit and open the basket again and you'll be good to go.
