The first two parts are fairly obvious.
You kill the bad Spriggans and rescue (speak to) the Silkstrider Caretakers.

The last part, which appears when you have done the first two, is to usher the silkstriders back to safety.
You do this by playing a harp. It's obvious when you've done it but, if you haven't and you want to be done quickly,

MOUNT UP!
("Regulators!")

You can still click the harp button, from your mount, and won't be dismounted by doing so.
It makes it quicker and allows you to avoid fighting some or all of the leftover Spriggans.

This is pretty dirty, and almost certainly not intended, but during the final part when you play the harp for the silkstrider grubs, they'll move on towards a safe area (a cave I think?) after you've calmed them. However, they're still the identical mobs (same tag and everything) as the ones you haven't played for, so if you catch up to a group and play for them again, you'll get credit for them again. And since the path they take to get to the cave goes directly through a few of the other packs of grabs, you can easily get this quest done with less uses of the harp than intended.

Almost certainly a bug, but an amusing one nonetheless.

Did not see this world quest on some of my characters, but I could on others.

You need to complete "Thread of Hope" towards Sojourner of Ardenweald, before the world quest will show up.

Chain starts with Silk for Ardenweald.

The harp can be used while in stealth, at least that's how it worked for me on my druid in cat form. Really useful if you're a druid/rogue and want to avoid as many unnecessary combats as possible while gathering the grubs.

If you rescue a Caretaker near another Caretaker who's not being attacked by a Spriggan, they will be "rescued", too, but you won't get credit for it...

Rogues and druids can remain in stealth while using the harp.

If you entered the world quest zone with a flying mount, there is a chance that you won't see the harp button during the final phase of the quest. In that case, /reload fixes the issue.
