To complete this quest you need to use animacones on 4 wildseeds.
First, get the basket next to the quest giver. Now to need to located and click to wildseeds:

Wildseed #1 can be found at 63.47 41.60 coordinates.
To locate where Wildseed #2 is go to 62.17 40.09 coordinates, inside a tower.
Travel to 63.95 42.93 coordinates to locate Wildseed #3.
Finally, Wildseed #4 is at 65.59 43.25 spot.

Currently broken. Step to find Dreamweaver within the Tranquil Pools leads to correct position, but no way to turn in.

If you abandon right there, you can accept it again, so it's definitely the right position. He's just not triggering the turn-in when you arrive.

Edit: it's fixed! Abandon and redo the quest!

As of September 9th at 12:00pm EST it is working. if you have the quest and the turn in is not there. drop the quest redo it and that will fix it!

As of 9:24 PM EST, the Quest NPC is not showing up for me at all anymore. Had the quest, was unable to click imbue the wildseeds. Dropped the quest, picked it back up, still nothing. Dropped it a second time, and now the NPC no longer shows up.

Upon suggestion from a friend, I have solved my issue. It appears that the game phased me away from the quest giver. Turning Warmode on caused the NPC to reappear, and allowed me to complete the quest.

2 They Need to Calm Down	defeat 8 Vicious Spriggan and use on them bodies Soulweb. do this quest together with Nothing Left to Give
3 Nothing Left to Give	Speak with Rury 66.9 34.2 Awool 67.8 36.5 and Slanknen 68.6 33.3
4 Mizik the Haughty	Slain Enthralled Gorm then Mizik the Haughty 68.9 35.6

11 One Special Spirit	First speak with Dreamweaver in cave 44.3 51 then use Infused Animacones close to seed. after go to Droman Tashmur 63.6 36.4 that will finish storyline.

Tending to Wildseeds

Collect basket of animacones, then use them on 4 wildseeds.

Description

We infuse wildseeds with anima from the animacones we collect in the surrounding area. But the caretakers are missing, and we have wildseeds in need of an anima infusion. This is an absolute mess that must be corrected before the Winter Queen arrives! I've already gathered a basket of animacones. Can you use them to infuse a few of the wildseeds? I'll show you how it's done, but then I have to look for the missing caretakers.
