To acess this quest you need "Ambivalent" with Ve'nari reputation.
You get this reputation by doing weekly quests, killing rares and doing events.

How to do Rule 6: Concealment is Everything:

accept the quest
go to The Beastwarrens and use Cypher of Dampening /way 46,8, 58,8 The Beastwarrens
go to Desmotaeron /way 57,0, 55,0
kill the mobs in the area and loot 15x Broker Hunting Rune
return the quest in Ve'nari's Refuge

/way 46,8, 58,8 The Beastwarrens

After complete this quest you'll receive Access to the Beastwarrens and Make it Double!.

Actually you can go the Beast Warrens without doing the quest, but you get a warning to turn back because you are not prepared. The only thing that happens though is you're hit with a random 6 second fear (about once a minute or so, not really a big deal for a pet class like my Warlock). Not that there is a reason to go there before you complete the quest as no world quests or anything pop before then (though you can kill mobs, which are about the strength and drop the same amount of stygia as the rest of the Maw). However, if you are a completionist like me and hate seeing huge empty spots on the map, the trip is very doable early :-).

So I completed the hunt event before returning to turn in Rule 6 and now I can't do the next part of the quest, which is for the actual hunt. I waited till reset today and I guess the hunt is weekly..

This quest completely messed me up. I thought I was supposed to reach a certain point in Beastwarrens and then kill something or use the item. So I tried to get to the point on the map and I died 3 times. The fear is impossible to deal with. Even after reading comments here I still didn't get it.

The key is that as soon as you enter Beastwarrens (other end of bridge) you need to use the item you were provided when picking up the quest. This makes the fear not happen.

Pretty ridiculous this is only 100 rep...

You should get the quest Rule 6 Addendum: Save Me At Any Cost while doing this one (it will be along the road leading to this area).

The mob you need for Rule 6 Addendum: Save Me At Any Cost is deep in a cave with a lot of mobs that you need for this quest. So be sure to head to the cave as quickly as possible so you can get both quests done as efficiently as possible.

Unfortunately you have to return Rule 6 Addendum: Save Me At Any Cost to the quest giver, so you won't be able to Cypher back to Ve'nari until you do that.

This quest was fully bugged for me. When I clicked on the item, instead of becoming immune to the fear effect, it triggered immediately the fear again! needless to say, after dying 5 times due to this, I quit and came to the comments to understand I faced a bug... Poor indie company... Furthermore, be careful if you have several ranks of Eye of the Jailer, together with fear effect, it is impossible to do anything...

Strongly suggest getting this first as you will kill alot going to Mavrok.

I did it without dying(for a change).

If you're ambivalent already with Ve'nari and don't see her with this quest, remember to do the Broker quest (interrogating you) at the Ring of Transference. Only Then, Ven'ari pops with this one.

I've accepted, abandoned and accepted the quest, but the Cypher 'button' does not appear for me

I am giving up on this quest. Finished the part with using "Cypher of Damping", but I can't find my way into the area marked for the "Broker Hunting Rune" part. I have followed the path at border of the area, fought several hard enemies around it, but no entrance to the area is to be found. And no Runes captived.

Description

I have made a startling discovery, <name>. Do you recall how the captured agents of my cartel were taken to the Beastwarrens? The Mawsworn seem to think they possess a means of tracking me. And now, strange new runes empower the Jailer's hounds. Clearly, we cannot have that. This new cypher will grant you solace from the screeching in the Beastwarrens. Brave its caverns and secure those runes for inspection. If we are to counter their effects, I must know how they work.
