To leave Queen's audiance chamber in Heart of the Forest you need speak with Attendant Shimmerwing and select the dialog "I would like to leave the Queen's audiance chamber, please."

Upon accepting this quest, you will need to fly to Glitterfall Basin, Tirna Vaal, and Hibernal Hollow. If you do them in that order you will end up right where you need to be for the next step in the quest chain.

To complete this

Before you leave your audience with the Winter Queen, speak to the mask, who you will tell you to travel to the following locations:

Glitterfall Basin, you need to speak to Sorcha.
Tirna Vaal, you need to speak to Guardian Kota.
Hibernal Hallow, you will speak to Gaurdian Molan.

This will complete the quest and you will be given the next in the chain.

I can not accept this quest. I was trying to run keys last week and while this was active i was phased from De other side dungeon and could not enter it. Because of that problem i abandoned the quest so i could actually enter and do mythic plus dungeons. This week when i go to my covenant zone and try to get the quest when i talk to lady moonberry she has no option to go to the upper area where the quest is. Any help?

After your audience with the Winter Queen talk with the Bwonsamdi Mask before you port back down, or else you will be confused at how to find Bwonsamdi and continue the quest chain!

Be aware that if you 'mushroom' to the Edge of the Forest you will arrive in the middle of a crowd of invaders (and get no credit for killing them as you have not yet spoken to Moonberry), so 'shields up' or take a slower route.

If you didn't talk to Bwonsamdi before leaving the Winter Queen, like I did, then you have to go back up and Bwonsamdi will be there. Fun times running around looking for him though.

If you can't find Guardian Kota at Tirna Vaal or he doesn't sparkle/you can't rally him, then you probably have to finish one of these quests first:

Delivery for Guardian Kota;
The Absent-minded Artisan;
Burrows Away;
Finish what he started;
One big problem;
Queen of the Underground;
When a gorm eats a god.

Not sure if they all count but I had to finish this questline before I could rally Guardian Kota at Tirna Vaal.

Gather the Wild Hunt to Tirna Noch in Ardenweald.

Description

Loath as I am to aid Bwonsamdi, Mueh'zala must be made to answer for his crimes. We will eradicate his worshippers and drive them from the forest before they cause more harm. Rally the groves and muster the Wild Hunt. Ardenweald has need of its protectors. Make haste, <huntsman/huntress>.
