Broken Wings Bring Kowalskos Ariella's Wing.
Feathers of Flight Bring Kowalskos 100 Larion Flight Feathers.
Flight Test Observe Kowalskos' test flight.
More Wings! Collect 10 Animyllis Blooms.
Strings and Things Collect 10 Etherwyrm Filaments.
How to Catch a Glimmerfly Capture 5 Starving Glimmerflies in the Shimmering Pools, then return to Kowalskos.
Glimmerflight Observe Kowalskos' test flight.

To complete this quest you need to bring Kowalskos Ariella's Wing.
Ariella's Wing drops from Ariella larion quest mob.
To find it travel to 45.44 36.82 and see it flying high up in the air.

Quick note: even though quest giver Kowalskos is standing in front of a cave, the wings are actually up on hill around 46, 36. Ariella is flying around. No special items needed to bring down to the ground.
*** After completing the 'Broken Wings' quest, I was farming for the feathers on the next quest. I watched Ariella spawn @ 47, 36 on a little patch of dirt.

I present Wings of Freedom Storyline. Full Storyline have 7 quests. This is a part of Sojourner of Bastion.

Quest Name:	Start and description
1 Broken Wings	Storyline start from Kowalskos 42 42 Bastion. You need to get Ariella's Wing is drop from Ariella is flying around 45 36.
2 Feathers of Flight	You need to get 100 of Larion Flight Feather. I was farming this where is Ariella flying 45 36. Drop is 1-4 from 1 mob mainly farming on Swiftwing Larion.
3 Flight Test	Speak with Kowalskos and observe His high fly xD.
4 More Wings!	You need to get 10 Animyllis Bloom You can pick them up from Animyllis Bloom is small blue flowers. This Quest you doing together with Strings and Things.
5 Strings and Things	You need to find 10 Etherwyrm Filament is drop from all Etherwyrm mobs. Drop rate is low.
6 How to Catch a Glimmerfly	Go to 42 30 place Animyllis Bloom and press on incoming Revitalized Glimmerfly, You need to Capture 5 of them. If they will not fly to Animyllis Bloom just go to them xD.
7 Glimmerflight	Observe Kowalskos' test flight. Olmost there xD. This Quest is finishing Storyline.

This quest is so messed up! Feel sorry for me, I don't have wings. See that majestic creature over there minding their own business? Kill it, rip it's wings off, and bring them to me so I can study them.

I'm so upset regarding this quest! This idiot owlman is bummed that he can't fly, so has me go murder a flying lion that's minding it's own business just to 'study the wings'? Sounds more like he wants it killed cos it reminds him he can't fly. Bastard :(

Just found out about this quest chain and it bugs me a bit. This is really out of character for a steward. They were created to help the Kyrian and to do so without hesitation or need of anything other than the satisfaction of a job well done. They are the Mr. Meeseeks of WoW. To have one sudden be concerned that he cannot fly does not fit the established lore of these creatures.

I feel bad that as a druid with SL flying and flight form I cannot just let him study mine for a while instead of hurt a larion.

I get it that the animals of Bastion all sprang whole out of dripping anima when the world was new and respawn only slightly slower than the Maw Walker does. Nonetheless, I agree, it's really out of character.

Should replace it with an escort quest to find Nemea. Not that I'm any big fan of escort quests, it just would fit the flavor far better.
