I had to do another character and start all over again.
To dont bug the return NPC on this quest you need return Qadarin Quests in the followin order:

Spriggan Snares.
Broken Webs.
A Little Pruning.

Still bugged as of 2020/12/15.

NPC you grab the quest from disappeared before I can grab Broken Webs quest. So I tried to just do Spriggan Snares and then turn that in but the NPC to turn it into never appears.

Edit: Went back a few hours later and was able to do them.

In order to stop this from bugging you need to be quick on your accepting of the "A Little Pruning" and "Broken Webs" quest from the NPC. If you don't get both it bugs and disappears, I just spammed accept as quick as I could until I got both, worked for me. Abandon the "A Little Pruning" quest to respawn the NPC and try again.

Have to make sure you clear the world quest first. If you dont the quest giver despawns.

If you are bugged at the end and you cant deliver all three quests Broken Webs, A Little Pruning and Spriggan Snares("Quadarin" ELK who follows you is gone), abandon just Broken Webs Quest, then go back 40, 51 and pick it up again. Repeat the quest Broken Webs and deliver all of them to "Quadrain" ELK, then campaign continues as normal.

I just encountered this bug you're having aswell. No WQ up though.

I did the 3 quests, had no turnin.

What I did to fix this:

Accept ONLY the 2 quests from Qadarin.

Do NOT pick up the quest from Cirrik, when you do Qadarin _despawns_.

Complete the first 2 quests, turn them in to Qadarin, THEN pick up the quest from Cirrik and do that one.

Qadarin does not despawn when you do it in this order for some reason.

Also, when turning in the very last quest, dont be in combat! And you can stand anywhere near the objectives, the turnin position was not where it is marked on the map.

Resolved the issue for me, I hope it helps.

I've done what is suggested here, to a limit.. this quest is the only remaining one so I can't just abandon the others and redo. I did however abandon the quest, clear the world quests, picked up the quest and had the same problem. I have then since hearthed and came back to do quest, relogged and did quest and still am experiencing the error - No where to turn this in.

I'd love to know what this storyline ultimately rewards me with other than 25g per quest so I know whether it's worth it to put up with the bugs. Without knowing, it's definitely not worth it.

i only have spriggan snares back and the turn in guy isnt coming... :/

I turned in the previous quest and all I had was "Spriggan Snares" and when I finished and went to the "?" on the map there was no one there. I believe what is happening is many people are leaving the area because it doesnt look like "Spriggan Snares" is part of the Campaign mission and when they leave the area only to realize they need to go back and finish this quest they are not followed by the npc that should accompany them (the spirit stag guy). I dropped the quest and recompleted it only to find that this did not resolve the issue. I cannot go back and drop quest I already turned in to respawn the stag npc and I cannot turn this one in no matter what I do. Logging out and back in, leaving and reentering the area does not respawn this npc so there is no way to further this campaign if you are stuck like this. I have submited a ticket but the current wait time is over 11 days. This is not a thing that should be happening and it's incredibly frustrating.

DO NOT ABANDON ANY OF THE QUESTS. I had the same issue everyone else is reporting. Resolved it by logging out and back in. Upon logging back in Qadarin respawned and I was able to turn in all three quests. (Leaving the zone and returning should also resolve it but I have not verified that.

If you're left only with Spriggan Snares then you are royaly screwed, because abandoning nor relogging/wm on/off works. Ticket seems to be the only option.

idk if it was fixed. but I had two quests that I couldn't turn in: Spriggan Snares and A Little Pruning.
I went back to the area to abandon A Little Pruning to get the dumb Moose to respawn, but an opposite faction person was running around with his dumb Moose and mine appeared with the ? above his head and I was able to turn in both quests, I turned in Spriggan Snares first in case it bugged again.

I was stuck on the spriggan snares quest and was able to complete it by doing the following.

-Find another player who has the NPC following them and group with them (they might have to be leader).
-Have them party sync to their quests. (this is found on the bottom right of the quest log interface)
-On the map, the NPC should be respawned back toward the heart of the forest.
-Reaccept the quests, and turn in spriggan snares first.
(at this point I helped them finish the quests out of gratification.)

Ran into same issue with Spriggan Snares and couldn't figure out a solution, none of the above were working for me.
(Solution) I ran outside of the Garden of Night and the Quest giver spawned on top of me and I was able to turn in and continue with the next quest.

dunno if others have worked this out, 17/12/2020

only had the spriggn panres quest to do, went to location it told me quest mob is, not there. went back to where i entered from where the moose runs off at location 41, 54 and he appeared and spawned on me, i was able to hand in quest.

now onto the quest the garden of night.

ok, i leave that place (200+ yards away) and log out and wait a little bit and log back in and go back to that place the Qadarin reappeared. You might need to make a few tries (for me it was 2nd time). Before I log out I have only Shandris. I have only Snare cannot turn in.

I HAVE FOUND A FIX(ish)! I had picked up the two first quests from the deer guy and completed them. As soon as I completed those quests, deer guy despawned. I saw on the map I had another quest, spriggan snares. I completed that quest and found I had no where to turn it in! Found a lot of people were having this same issue so I had an idea. I went to the beginning of where I picked up the first two quests, on the entrance road by a cart. I ran north until Shandris despawned and then I ran back to the cart to get her to respawn. After 2-3 attempts, the deer guy respawned with Shandris and I was able to turn the quest in! I hope this helps!

I turned in "Broken Webs" and the NPC vanished. Had to drop "A Little Pruning" and redo it. Once I did that turn in he vanished again I dropped "Spriggan Snares" and redid it but the NPC wouldn't spawn. Tried a couple more times and the same thing. Ran in and out of the area, no change. Logged in and out in the area no change. Sent a message to the GM's and got a response that they are too busy to help and that my problem was marked as resolved. W...T...H... Logged out in town for the night, came back in the morning and as soon as I got near the quest area the NPC spawned and all was good. So if you are having an issue run out of the area, camp, and come back in.

On December 17, 2020 I disabled all of my addons, in response to Blizzard's reply to my ticket, and it FINALLY worked.
