It's a looong way to go for a crappy reward and only 200 exp

you have to go to the eastvale logging camp to find the armor maker, there she will make the armor u need to finish the quest

No he is correct the npc for this particular turn in in Sara Timberlain in Eastvale Logging Camp.

Its quiet a long way to return back, specially if you feel that you are finished your business with Eastvale Camp.
Rewards are also trash.

I guess stat-wise the pants aren't that impressive, but I think they (along with the chest from the Hogger quest) make for great low level BoA transmog to match the Darnassus tabard.

For those looking for Patched Pants for xmog but Guard Thomas doesn't have the quest, follow the chain at the link below.

Speak to Remy "Two Times" in Goldshire for the quest "A Fishy Peril" which directs you to Marshal Dughan.

That leads you to speak with Guard Thomas via quest "Further Concerns."

Guard Thomas sends you on a quest called "Find the Lost Guards" and a couple of steps later, you get the armor quest for the Patched Pants.

Eastvale is just east of this post across the bridge.
