This quest gives you an extra action bar and you need to click on it to convince him. dont get confused like me

To complete this quest you need to speak with Bonesmith Heirmir about your runeblade.
Bonesmith Heirmir can be found at 36.21 71.05 coordinates walking around his anvil.
You need to speak with him once and then use extra button Listen Up! as he says he is busy.

I present House of the Chosen part of Blade of the Primus Storyline Quest Chain in Maldraxxus

Quest Name:	Start and description
1 The Seat of the Primus	Quest start from Baroness Draka 39 65.2 you need to go to speak with Baron Vyraz 36.3 60.3 wait for few sec to get next quest.
2 The Hills Have Eyes	You need to kill 6 Masked Infiltrator they are around city marked on map you need to speak with them first then kill. This quest you can do together with Maintaining Order.
3 Maintaining Order	You need to Deliver orders to Head Summoner Perex 32.6 67.1 Drill Sergeant Telice 36.7 75.9 and Secutor Mevix 41 70.9 then come back to Baron Vyraz 36.3 60.3.
4 Never Enough	Move to Baroness Draka 39 65.2.
5 Through the Fire and Flames	Press on Standing Rock 37.2 68.4 when animation will finish pick up Unfinished Blade from rock then press on orb to get back on platform.
6 Forging a Champion	Move to Bonesmith Heirmir 36.4 70.5 try to speak with him after use extra skill to get his attention.
7 Ossein Enchantment	Kill Marrowjaw to get Empowered Bones. this quest do together with Thick Skin
8 Thick Skin	Collect 40 Pulsating Hide Scraps is droping from Animated Flesh you can find them by pressing on Overgrown Mass
9 The Blade of the Primus	speak with Bonesmith Heirmir you need to protect him after all pick up Glowing Runeblade. You will learn new skill Fleshcraft.
10 The Path to Glory	Go to Baroness Draka 39 65.2.
11 Meet the Margrave	Use Necropolis Teleporter 38 66.8 then speak with Margrave Krexus then wait few sec to get next quest.
12 The Seat of the Primus	Speak with Baroness Draka and you will be taken to Seat of the Primus. On Blue mark on ground use Resonate extra skill will show up when you will stand on blue mark.

This quest was bugged as of the evening of 11/30/2020 and 12/1/2020, the evening of November 30th to December 1st for our European friends.

Unless you killed both spawned mobs at the exact same time, the mobs continued to respawn one after another without end. Several Alliance and Horde members were having the same issues. One warrior estimated he killed over a hundred without end. A rogue had previously done it on a hunter, but was not able to complete this with the bug.

I was able to kill the first pair simultaneously, but the second pair of mobs cast bone armor and I was not able to kill both without a split second between their deaths. So the mobs kept coming without being able to get the third type of mob to spawn.

Another player was able to kill both of the second set type of mobs but could not kill all three of the third type of mob simultaneously. After killing the third set of mobs a final boss is supposed to spawn.

Hopefully this will be fixed in this week's patch (12/2/2020).

No more lava swim for me. I turned around back into the cavern, turned right and took the circuitous route to Heimir.

The action button, if you use ElvUi, is probably under your Covenant button.

Solution:

Hit Escape
Click "ElvUi"
Bottom-left corner: Click "Toggle Anchors"
Look for "Zone Ability" or "Boss button". They are square and they're probably next to the center of your screen.
Drag either one away froom each other and find the hidden button
Feel the catharsis.

The dialogue for this quest:

Baroness Draka says: That blade was forged by the Primus! How long has it been hidden in that stone?
Baroness Draka says: Heirmir was once the Primus's apprentice. She might know more about the blade.

Bonesmith Heirmir says: Hmph. Can't you see I'm busy?
Bonesmith Heirmir says: Is that... it can't be...
Bonesmith Heirmir says: So this was the cause of all that commotion. A blade and a message from the Primus himself...
Bonesmith Heirmir says: Hmm. Whatever his reason, a blade's no good without a hilt. Time to get to work.

After you talk to him the first time there should be an action button on your screen. If it is not there use /reload. This worked for me.

Find Bonesmith Heirmir at her forge. She is the most renowned smith in Maldraxxus, and the last remaining apprentice of the Primus himself. She will know what course to take.
