Can't find The Curator for this quest. Сhecked all points. Ahhhrr I'm tired of this campaign.

Once you enter the blood mirror you will be stunned temporarily (15 seconds) along with the The Curator. Once you are no longer stunned walk forward The Countess and then you will sit in the chair to the right of the table. Next she will start talking and then have you eat food from the table and after clicking on the feast the speech will continue. Once they are done talking you will need to eject yourself from the chair (the exit vehicle button) and then walk up to The Countess to turn the quest in. After turning this in she will talk some more and you can get the next part from The Curator.

If the quest bugs and you need to drop it you can enter the Blood Portal at 58.81, 29.92 to get back to the Countess.

So i got killed before i could enter the mirror and I now can not enter the mirror and can not get the quest again because the questgiver is underground

I had an issue with the quest bugging and not having food appear on the table. I dropped the quest and went to SW in case it was a zoning issue.
Like others when I arrived back I was unable to get to the NPC to pick up the quest.

You can enter the blood mirror at Thornhill Manor 58.8, 29.9 to get back to the Countess.

Hopefully this works for others that need to pick the quest back up from the Curator:

enter blood mirror at thornhill manor
teleport to Redelav Tower
walk to Countess' room
turn around and walk across the hallway (SW) to the blood mirror
enter blood mirror
teleport direct to Curator and the two Kyrian soulbinds
pick quest back up

1 Assistance from Sinfall	Speak with The Curator in Darkhaven 60 60.
2 Overhead Intelligence	Slay Chalice Courier and collect from them: Inane Drabblings, A Personal Affront, List of Demands and Rumors of Favor. This Quest you doing together with Eyes of the Master and Gothic Fashion.
3 Eyes of the Master	Slay 3 NPC: Evaala the All-Seeing 50 51, Keraal the Ripper 48 53, Guardian Mastrus inside bulding 52 45.
4 Gothic Fashion	Collect 5 articles of venthyr clothing: Crimson Cravat, Iron Skull Belt Buckle, Pleated Cape, Thigh High Boots and Lace-Up Bracers is dropo from most mobs around. Return 3 quest to 56 41 is in Tower you need to get to wall to get there. enterence to wall 54 45.
5 Shards of the Countess	"Collect the 3 Shard of the Countess. You doing this quest together with Collecting Dust. 1. Insid bulding pick up from table 54 37 2. Is on wall inside bulding 52 37 3. Slay Duchess Minodora and pick up from body"
6 Collecting Dust	Pick up 30 Death Lotus Petal from Death Lotus. You can find them out side the buldings.
7 Through Glass	Use Death Lotus Powder then go to basement and speak with The Curator then go thru mirror and slay Warden Eriken after all pick up The Countess's Sinstone and go to next room where is mirror.
8 Sins of the Past	Go thru mirror. You will get root after follow The Countess and take a sit in the Ornate Chair. Listen to The Countess then Eat then Listen to The Countess.
9 Land of Light	You need to ridde Purple Nightflyer just go up in this bulding. then move to 31 47.
10 Actions Speak Louder than Words	Speak then Follow Mindscorched Alwin. This quest you doing together with Actions Speak Louder than Words and Light Respite
11 Skulking in the Darkness	Kill 8 outcast venthyr in the Ashen Traverse.
12 Light Respite	Pick up 25 Brushberry from Duskbrush all 3 quests return to 39 59.
13 The Folly of Envy	Slay Duke Vielle He is on wall 40 59 then pick up Seal of Contrition.
14 Parting Words	Move to 32 47 and speak with The Curator then go back to Bastion and Speak to Kalisthene in Elysian Hold. Finish quest to Mikanikos
15 The Seal of Contrition	Place Seal of Contrition.

I searched my ass off on the north-east side of the map to find the NPC that gives this quest, but no NPCs or anything else was spawned there, and the quest pick-up marker was under me, where you couldn't possibly come.

Don't be like me. :D

Go back to Thornhill Manor /way 58.8, 29.9. Enter the mirror. You're now in the Countess's castle (Redelav Tower), and you see a quest pick-up marker in the north east of the map. But don't go there. Instead, turn around and walk back through the mirror you just came through. You are ported to the Curator's Crypt, where the Curator will give you this quest.

Questline took around 30 minutes after reaching Revendreth.

Kyrian questline continues at renown 17.

As of 4/19/2021, the bug of sitting in the chair and listening to the curator with the food not appearing after is still a thing. Abandoning the quest and retaking it fixed it.

You might have to jump to get out of the chair after eating the food. My partner spent 5 minutes unable to move and unable to finish the quest before she just started pressing random buttons.

Ugh, not everybody has coordinates and in Revendreth they are pretty useless anyway. From Old Gate Flight Master. Turn your back to the Flight Master. You will be looking at stairs. Go up the stairs. At the top turn immediately left staying on the wall. You will be looking at another set of stairs. Head down that wall (one NPC to kill) and then up the stairs. Stay to the left side and turn immediately left at the top to avoid pulling three Stoneborn on your right. You should now be facing due north on top of the wall and looking at stairs again. Head up the stair then back down more stairs still heading north.

Where the wall turns to the northwest there is a round platform. Cross this and down short stairs to second round platform. On your right is Viscount Nicolae. Behind and to your left are stairs down off the platform. At the bottom look to your right and that is Thornhill Manor. Red mirror to Redelav Tower is inside. I submitted a screenshot of the map also.

If you sit in the ornate chair and it bugs so no food appears, simply abandon the quest right there. DO NOT PORT OUT, or any other crazy thing.
It will automatically port you back to the other side of the mirror where you can pick up the quest again from the Curator and start anew. Generally second time is the charm and the food will appear after you sit and she starts to talk.

Description

The Countess built her reputation on being a native venthyr, never a soul. Revealing her sinstone to the world would be catastrophic. This is the leverage we need for the information we seek. She will tell us where Alwin is. Where the seal is. This mirror leads to her estate. I will follow behind you as backup, but the kyrian shall wait here. Don't let her threaten you. You hold the power.
