To complete this quest you need to take Plundered Anima from stores in Tirna Noch.
Plundered Anima can be collected from different source - baskets, bags, etc all on the ground.
Also be sure you have Mementos quest active so you can complete both in the same quest area.

Quest Name:	Start and description
1 Echoes of Tirna Noch	Quest is start from Ara'lon 60 52.8 speak with him will be animation. Then travel to Ara'lon 68.5 57.5
2 Take What You Can	From Fae Basket you need to pick up 40 Plundered Anima. This quest start with Read the Roots and Mementos.
3 Read the Roots	Investigate 3 Depleted Soulweb 1 - 71 57 2 - 70.5 53.5 3 - 69 53
4 Mementos	Find 10 Stolen Memento is drop from mobs, brop is low.
5 He's Drust in the Way	Slay Vroth 70.5 53.6 is upstairs on the platform where the bridges cross. return quest to Ara'lon 71.4 54.6
6 Go for the Heart	Destroy the barrier and collect Heart of Tirna Noch when quest finish will be a animation
7 Sparkles Rain from Above	Speak with Lady Moonberry you will start flying use skill 1 to kill 50 mobs. you will fly out to Droman Aliothe 60.1 53.8 and finish quest and storyline
