How to do Mirror, Mirror...:

accept the quest at /way 72,7, 37,7 The Curator
enter on the red portal inside the crypt /way 72,8, 37,3 Portal
use your covenant ability Door of Shadows to pass the barrier (use Midnight Rose to reset CD if you need)
loot Medallion of Avarice from Curator's Chest /way 78,4, 39,2 Curator's Chest
back to the red portal at /way 77,8, 38,4
return the quest outside the crypt

/way 78,1, 39,2 Midnight Rose

Use your Venthyr ability - Door of Shadows to get to the chest. Then reset its cd with Midnight Rose standing on your left to get out.

To add to Sipder2's comment above, it looks like the starting quest for this mount is in Chapter 4: Avarice on the Ventyr Covenant campaign.

These Chapters are locked by Renown:
Chapter 3: Renown 5
Chapter 4: Renown 8
Chapter 5: Renown 11
Chapter 6: Renown 13
Chapter 7: Renown 17
Chapter 8: Renown 20
Chapter 9: Renown 22

Therefore it looks like you must be at Renown 8 to be able to see the quests.

If a quest bugs out and chest in a crypt appears to be empty - drop quest, get rid of Death Lotus Powder buff by dying, and pick up quest again.

Found a little glitch with this quest. The inside model of the crypt is the same one used throughout Revendreth so I thought I'd see where in Revendreth it was actually located.
If you enter the mirror and go up the stairs to the crypt exit, you'll see that it's blocked off by some ghosts and a door. But, if you place a clickable chair/cushion toy you can clip through the doors and enter the upper crypt area.

The crypt is tucked away under the map around 78,39 .. you can look up and see NPC's and objects and if you look down it's just the void. Noped right back down through the mirror.

Description

We have what we need to get you through, <name>. My medallion lies on the other side of the mirror. Once through, my medallion will be there... somewhere. Please be careful. My mind may be weakened, but I do remember working with the Accuser to protect the crypt's interior. I should be able to tell you everything about this place, but I am afraid that just is not the case anymore.
