The names of the four quests in this short chain are all track names from the JRPG Persona 5.

1. Blooming Villains (Story Boss)
2. Wake Up, Get Up, Get Out There (Opening Theme)
3. Break It Down (Hangout Theme)
4. Beneath the Mask (Rain/Solitude Theme)

You have to complete Infusing the Wildseed, the last step of the This Is the Way storyline, to accept this.

For some reason this quest is not showing up for me.
I completed everything else in Ardenweald (both the main story and other optional ones) and am level 60. This is the only thing I'm missing for the optional questlines achievement.
Submitted a ticket about it but no response. Anyone else with this issue?

I wasn't able to turn in the quest (Guardian Molan not there) while I was on Night Fae Campaign: Da Boss until right before I finished that campaign story.

If you are unable to complete the quest, although it shows completable (question mark), you have to complete Cleansing the Forest first THEN go back to Guadian Molan and you will be able to complete it.

Note that Shimmerbough isn't just a couple of huts, it's a fully fledged treetop village. As Elyzin pointed out, there are a number of other quests in the area and for efficiency's sake, you might as well pick up the other quests from Primrose around /way 53 59

I present Wicked Plan Storyline. This Story line have 4 Quests. This Story line is a part of Sojourner of Ardenweald.

Quest Name:	Start and description
1 Blooming Villains	Quest start from Guardian Molan 60 51 in Ardenweald. Slay 15 masked night fae in Shimmerbough Shimmerbough Ritualist or Possessed Defender.
2 Wake Up, Get Up, Get Out There	Quest pick up from Primrose 53 58. You need to Aid 8 Subdued Faerie. Do this quest together with Break It Down.
3 Break It Down	First take Basket of Enchanted Wings to fly ( buff is only for 1 min, and care on flying mobs ) Then pick up 5 Primrose's Pyrotechnic Powder They lie in hanging baskets. Then go to find Runed Altar and use on them Primrose's Pyrotechnic Powder to destroy. Runed Altar are in platforms on trees.
4 Beneath the Mask	Go to 54 61 is a platform on tree, You can use Basket of Enchanted Wings to skip all mobs. confront with Ingra Drif at end use spell on extra bar then slay Primrose. After go back to Guardian Molan 60 51 to finish storyline.

At first i couldn't see any quests from Guardian Molan. I've read that going ahead of the quest chain to Primrose (53 59). Didn't work either. i typed /run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(58266)) and the quest from Primrose popped up.

Description

Something stinks, traveler. The air to the west is rotten with malice.

Shimmerbough has long been a peaceful way station along the Path of Rebirth. The faeries there delight in revelry and celebration. But now their glade has fallen silent.

Scouts bring reports of the strange masked night fae. I know little other than that they are a threat.

For the sake of Ardenweald, they must be eliminated. Slay any you encounter.
