Looks like we wait for respawn. In the area shown on the map, there are 4 River Sediments to collect. But we need 6 for the quest. So, wait... Or go do something else and come back later.

As described, most of these are found in bodies of water, usually under a waterfall. They look like wicker baskets filled with water. Look at your mini-map and you will see yellow dots on where they are located.

It was showing me a dot on the mini map right by the quest giver, but I couldn't find it for nothing. I didn't see any other dots until I went quite a ways away from him, then I saw several more.

I present Tricky Spriggans Storyline. This Story line have 7 Quests. This Story line is a part of Sojourner of Ardenweald and required to get Swift Gloomhoof.

There are more than enough items to collect. It takes less than five minutes. First get the baskets on the same level as the quest giver (let's call this level 2), then you can go up (since waterfalls usually have multiple levels) to level 3 and there's a bunch on the upper level. Additionally there are some on the lower level too (level 1).

Description

Power flows through the earth just as water flows with power. Flows can be trapped for a time, dripping. Drop by drop they drip into vessels.

Search for the vessels beneath the falls. Collect the power.
