Lots of Void Tears spawn at the mouth of the river, on the of in the "Lost City of The Tol'Vir" text on the map.

Interact with the Void Tear, kill the spawned enemies - the last enemy will be a single Void Keeper.

For this quest, regardless if it's in Uldum or Vale of Eternal blossoms, you're looking for Void Tears. Void Tears are clickable little void portals that once you've clicked them, mobs start spawning out of it. The last mob spawning out of it before it closes will be the Void Keeper that you need to kill for the quest.

I found several void tears just west of town in the field at 52, 32 during the major assault in Uldum.

I spent five minutes at an open void (unclickable) that poured out low-level mobs but no Void Keeper came out. I gave up then found a clickable void -- looked like a thin black line, not an open portal. Once clicked it then became a round, black void portal. Mobs spawned and it took less than a minute to kill them and then the Void Keeper came out.

Your looking for the purple ringed black patches on the ground, the sparkly thin purple column in there must be clicked un-interrupted for about 5 seconds, so clear the surrounding mobs first.

The portals at the Ramkahen Legion Outpost (approximate coordinates 60, 49) do NOT count for this. They endlessly spawn mobs and are not clickable. They have a bit of red around their rims, so it's easy to tell the difference.

I've been farming Uldum Accord for a while, and the only place I seem to find these void tears in abundance is along the eastern side of the riverbank east/north-east of Ramkahen.

In the middle of the purple cracks on the ground, it's a glowing-ish tear that you click on. The portal then opens, a few monsters come out -- the Void Keeper is the last thing to come out of the portal.

If you find a round portal that's already open in a town with some cultists casting it, you're in the wrong place.

Description

Our warriors have observed foul manifestations coming forth from numerous void tears within the surrounding jungle. They have been but mere weaklings, clearly intended to test our defenses before the real forces arrive. If we do not deal with this threat now, however, it will only be a matter of time until we are overrun by their fodder. Find a way to close those portals!
