Beta servers, 31 Aug 2020 : this quest appears bugged. I must have killed dozens Anima-Starved Wyrms but there is no progress bar and eventually Zosime despawns. I have tried three times, once after a logout, with same results.

If you walk into Korinna's Reliquary and Zosime is there before you, both the Bell of Remembrance and the Korinna's Allaying Crook are not interactive.

You'll need to wait until she de-spawns, then go back outside and back in so you get there before her.
As you walk in and hover your mouse over the bell, you'll get the hand letting you know the bell is interactive and you can ring the bell.

On a side note, for wowhead, the links provided on this page for the Bell of Remembrance goes to Vesper of Remembrance page. And the Korinna's Allaying Crook goes to Vyrm the Ravenous page. Both items say they belong to this quest however.

Beta: as of this date this is still buggy i had to abandon the quest few times then 2 waves of anima starved cats spwned and at the end a big bird and quest is done.

This is your typical "fight trash mobs while an NPC who claims to be all powerful yet can't defend themselves from some trash mobs waves their hands in the air and stares at the wall" quest.

Enjoy your crap tier vendor garbage armor.

I present In the Garden of Respite Storyline. Full Storyline have 4 quests. This is a part of Sojourner of Bastion.

Quest Name:	Start and description
1 Disturbing the Peace	Quest start from Zosime 51 59 Bastion Under cliff. Kill 10 Anima-Starved creatures. You doing this quest together with Distractions for Kala.
2 Distractions for Kala	"Pick up 3 items: - Mister Mikanikos 49 59 - Kala's Slobber Ball 51 58 - Comfy Comfort Pillow 52 58"
3 A Test of Courage	Go to cave 51 56 get inside press on bell Zosime will come and you need to defend Her at end Kala will fly and take yours Korinna's Allaying Crook . After all the confusion go out side cave to finish quest.
4 Tough Love	Go to opposite cave 49 57 and at the end you will find Kala. You need to get mob to 50% HP, To distract mob use spell on extra bar. Then pick up Korinna's Allaying Crook go outside cave and move to Zosime 51 59 Bastion. This quest is last in this storyline.

Do you need to walk there like I did with my too-low-geared mage who can't fly?

From Renounced Bastille, move north along the river, then walking path in Rotting Mound. On the map you'll see a cave entrance near /way 68.75, 40.18. Follow the path up to about 4 or 5 mobs. As a low-geared mage I was able to pick them off easily enough. Go through the House of Blades to the right, then keep going right. Eye balls will identify you if you are stealthed.

Go into the Reagentry and keep to the right.

At this point, if you are corpse hopping, the graveyard you'll appear at is back in the Rotting Mound just before the cave entrance.

The path up to the House of Rituals is at /way 71.23, 32.74

At /way 73.89, 33.65 is the portal up. You'll know you're there because there is a gold nameplate elite waiting to hug you with death.

Description

I'm still new and haven't passed all of my Aspirant tests. But, I have an idea. There is an artifact called Korinna's Allaying Crook. Korinna was a powerful Ascended who tamed the creatures of Bastion eons ago. Her staff has the power to prevent more creatures from succumbing to a savage, anima-starved state. However, the artifact is protected and only one with great courage can retrieve it. I bet you could, <name>. Go on ahead. The staff is in the reliquary to the north. I'll join you there shortly.
