Quest Name:	Start and description
1 Where is Prince Renathal?	Quest start from The Accuser 43.3 73.8 You need to go to speak with Stonehead 39 66.
2 Sign Your Own Death Warrant	Find 4 Blank Parchment contained in Forbidden Research Documents and find Venthyr Calligraphy Set is drop from mobs. After you need to find Forged Letter of Condemnation 38 68.7 I pick answers 1 - 1 - 1- 1 - 3 xD.
3 Chasing Madness	Follow Lost Sybille then speak with Theotar
4 My Terrible Morning	Do this quest together with quest=57428] and quest=57427]. Slay Marquis Pummeler 33.8 60.4
5 Theotar's Mission	Find 8 Scorched Plank and 8 Regal Cloth Scrap. search banners and scrap as well Regal Cloth Scrap is droping from mobs
6 Unbearable Light	Kill 12 ash ghouls. after finish 3 quest you will get new one NPC is following you.
7 Lost in the Desiccation	Follow Lost Sybille to find the way to Theotar's hideout.
8 Tubbins's Tea	To start do a tea speak with Tubbins the ingredients will be thrown into the air, you must catch and bring them back to Makeshift Mortar. All you will see with arrows on ground. Then use Dented Teapot is in corner and move to cauldron reaction start automatic.
9 An Uneventful Stroll	Speak with Theotar and escort him.
10 Into the Light	Use Elevator 30.4 47.4 and find Breakfist.
11 Securing Sinfall	Kill mobs to 100 % ( i pick to many and i die in first time xD ) then slay Grand Monitor Rorok 29.3 42.6 after redirect Scorching Mirror enter buldin with was behind Grand Monitor Rorok and go on top. Return quest to Theotar 29.8 42.3

This quest I feel is a nod to "Alice in Wonderland" with Theotar being the Mad Hatter, Lady Sybille being the door mouse, and Gubbins and Tubbins being Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum.

Edit: This whole zone seems to be. An NPC named Vorpallia that happens to be a sword then you jump through a swirling portal? When do we meet Absolem, the Hookah smoking Caterpillar?

Theotar allocates Blisterback to assist you fight off the baddies in this quest - a very useful companion. When the quest bugged out - or I died, one of the two - I did some other quest in the mean time and Blisterback accompanied me, battling all sorts.

Very, very useful!

A great world pvp opportunity. Kill people just before they arrive at the sanctuary of the mad so they have to do it all over again.

When they start grouping up to prevent you to do that, attack them near the sanctuary's entrance to get help from the guards since they will indiscriminately attack anyone engaged in pvp combat.

Looks like the quest wants you to kill the ads en route. If you don't kill all the ads then it messes up.

This quest can now in 9.1 be cheesed by mounting a flying mount at the beginning of the stroll, and fly upwards whenever adds spawns. The adds will then despawn and the stroll can continue.

In Chromie time, as a lvl 11 resto shaman, I keep getting one shot by something (could be the gargon add that Theotar spawns) and can't complete this one...

Leveling by myself as level 37 using Chromie Time and died multiple times same spot all the time around coords: 30 56 (you go out and escort Theotar, you turn left up the hill and die, the spot with the rubbles)
Tried abandoning, re-accepting, leaving the zone, coming back, logging out, and back in.

Edit:
Shrouded Shardstabbers will keep attacking you (low level with questing gear) multiple times during the stroll; they're all level 60! They don't scale with you!
The only way I was able to complete the quest was by bringing a max-level friend to heal me and kill them for me during the stroll.

And no, they were level 60 before I grouped up with my friend, I was questing by myself before then.

I keep dying out of nowhere right near the beginning of the quest when you ascend the incline. Abandoned and re-accepted quest. Still dying in same spot with no visible cause.

If your are instantly dying on a leveling toon while going up the hill, the spawns are to your left on the other hill. What you want to do is get far to the right as possible and but within range near the rubble pile. I suspect the spawns come in at a high level and the code takes a second to adjust to your level. Don't go in front just stay to the right and inch up there are 3 wave points; I didn't test after learning how to complete the first wave so i stayed far right and kept inching him forward.

Description

I hope I wasn't too unpleasant while under the Light's influence. I do try to restrain myself, but the pain it causes is... maddening. Anyway, that tea picked me right up! When I last saw Prince Renathal, the Master was dragging him off to that big tower looming over the Ember Ward. Myself and a few others have been working to gain access to that tower from below, but there are... obstacles. When you're ready to depart, I will lead you to our headquarters of sorts, the Sanctuary of the Mad.
